The manager was very kind to my husband and i when we arrived. We appreciated the way he welcomed us and the way he made sure we were comfortable .We could tell he had established a relationship with some of the guest from the way they talked.I am not surprised that customers returns .

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! We particularly loved all the small details and the friendly vibe it gave off. The furnishings were stunning and it truly felt like a home away from home. It came equipt with everything you'd need for a short stay and was incredibly clean.
Our favourite was the size of the shower! Amazing!
We had fantastic communication with the hosts and they made the stay extra special. We loved the little book with all the information about the cottage and felt that was a nice touch. We also loved the comment book that we were able to write in.
Just want to say a special thank you because it truly was a lovely place to stay whilst we were in town for a wedding!

Haverfordwest is right at the centre of Pembrokeshire, easy to get to anywhere from south to north in the county.
Lots of new resteraunts popping up and daytime cafés
I was there on a Wednesday and spent the evening at Haverhub, lovely food and drink and entertained by local musicians performing at the open mic, I even had a go myself 😁. Odd Bits at 6 High Street is worth a visit, quirky second hand shop.

Haverfordwest town is probably not worth a visit but very where else is lovely. St David’s and the coastal walk taking in the lily ponds at Bosherston and Barafundle Bay beach are well worth a visit.

Ideal location - other places such as Tenby and St Davids all in easy reach . Visited Milford Haven not somewhere you would think of perhaps visiting but the Marina Area is great place to visit with great views of the estuary .

I have past through Haverford West on many occasions but never stayed until now. I will be staying again in the future as it is so peaceful, the people i met were so friendly and i had the best time.

The Windsor is nothing like the photos. In all the hanging baskets are weeds. The room was very basic. No mirror or picture's on walls. Very hot. no fan. The owners are lovely people. I would not go back. You need a car to go out and eat.

The Paddock is in Bethlehem, a small village a few miles to the northeast of Haverfordwest. The nearest pub is a couple of miles away at Spittal. The food at the pub is very good for both quality and service but only provides food Tuesday to Saturday. Scolton Manor is within walking distance and is well worth a visit. We didn't particularly like Haverfordwest but The Paddock is an ideal location for touring Pembrokeshire which has so many beautiful places and coastline to visit. We shall definitely be returning.
Excellent quality breakfast with lots of choice. Hosts very knowledgeable about local area, kind and supportive. Parking on site. Lots of outdoor space at hotel including benches, swing seat and croquet set! Very large room, well appointed and decorated with everything you could want on a holiday. Excellent bathroom with big bath and good shower. Use of a fridge also which was very helpful.
House was very spacious, lovely and clean, everything we needed for cooking and cleaning provided. The WiFi was excellent and the smart TV was a welcome surprise. Love the location, so easy to get to a lot of lovely sites around the area and shopping and petrol in Haverfordwest was less than 15 minutes away, but so quiet too. Great value for the price.
Location was great, right in the centre of town. There is a very good public car par behind the hotel (2 mins walk away) that always had plenty of space. Easy access. Staff were very helpful. Room was large.
i had a delicious homemade beef and ale pie for supper, it was perfectly made. breakfast is always a good experience at the hotel mariners. its exceptional.
This posh hostel is an excellent place at Haverfordwest, Lucy is the best host, all facilities are worked, clean, and aesthetic decor impressed us much
