The breakfast was absolutely incredible, everywhere was spotless and clean, beds were super comfortable and linen was lovely. Hosts were both lovely and friendly and can tell they really care about ensuring their guests have a lovely stay. The views out the windows onto the trees were lovely, very relaxing and calming.

It was a pleasure to stay in this magnificent, stately home set in glorious, spacious grounds. Our room was beautifully appointed with a view of green pasture. Our hosts Harry and Nicola were absolutely delightful and very welcoming.

Great location with amazing views of the mountains. Very large car park. Spacious , historic building with many original features retained. Friendly staff. Comfortable lounge and bar. Our room was very light and airy with an amazing bathroom.
The Beaufort Inn sells good substantial meals. Our 15 year old boy was happy with the quantity and quality. The canal is just up the road. You have one of the few flat walks in the area both ways. There are plenty of other less flat walks around. The Clydach Valley has beech woods. Great in autumn if it is dry. The cinema in Brynmawr is both good and great value.
