Loved the caravan, and we were able to sit out on the veranda for our breakfast and late afternoon breaks, lovely views, and able to let our dog out of the double doors and he could not run off beautiful, only down side, wish we had booked for longer

The location is excellent as it is a short walk to both the town and the seafront. The room and ensuite were clean and the bed comfortable. One member of staff, who normally works in the kitchen but seemed to be everywhere, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated but has character.

Sea Front on Dawlish Warren is great.
The Black Swans in Dawlish are lovely and the flowers around the area are nice and colourful.
Teignmouth is a lovely seaside town and good selection of seaside shops and easy to walk around and Shaldon is very pretty.
Topsham is worth a visit with a good museum with gardens.
Dawlish warren very flat and easy to walk around.
