Cromer is a nice little town very clean with a lovely church at its centre. Its an easy town to meander around taking in the shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours. We had six meals out, the order is how we rated them - Gibson's Bistro, Masala Twist, Upstairs No.1, Garden street grill (reasonably priced home cooked food) and a Chinese takeaway. All were very nice

It’s a lovely quaint little place.

It’s a lovely quaint little place. Has a great theatre at the end of the pier. When the tides not in you can walk along the beach to beautiful Sheringham or the other way to the equally lovely Overstrand.

Cromer is a great place to stay, with access to so many places by local buses with the most patient good humoured drivers. The cafes and restaurants serve great local food presented with a smile.Narrow roads needing traffic patience. The summer show on the pier was really professional and my friends and I loved it.

Comer is a quintessential English seaside town, it was just a 20 minute walk from the Corner country club where we stayed. The end of the pier show is a must do in the summer. Lovely beach, a few fish & chip shops and plenty of cafes.

    The pier is lovely.

The pier is lovely. We enjoyed a beer in the sheltered area as the sun was setting. There is also a end of pier show which we have seen previously and enjoyed as good old fashioned family fun. Lots of pubs and restaurants but at peak times its worth booking ahead. The beach is nice and sandy particularly at low tide with a gentle slope. We have now visited 3 times as we like the atmosphere and the cliff top walk

Very much changed since my last visit of 30 years ago.

Very much changed since my last visit of 30 years ago. Still pleasant along the coast walk and the pier. Quite steep slopes but accessible for those with mobility issues like me, but the promenade has plenty of little places to eat or to get coffee from. Car parking is not cheap even disabled drivers have to pay. Shops were not as good as in Sheringham which is a few stops down the rail line with regular trains even on a Sunday. Not all shops take card they want cash. Had fish and chips on the sea front and ate at local cafes which were excellent. A Brewery pub close to the station was great for those beer drinkers who like to try craft beers and different wines. For a long weekend it was enough.

Hotel is in a great location especially for our planned trips to Sheringham & Cromer... The hotel is right inbetween just a few minutes drive from each. We ate in the restaurant & had the carvery which was really delicious & worth every penny. We also had a wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. Staff helpful & friendly so big thumbs up on all those points.

We used this bungalow as a base for my partner’s charity walk along the Norfolk coast path. It was ideal for our needs and only a short walk to the town centre of Cromer. The bungalow was clean and comfortable with good WiFi and smart tv. Good kitchen and large living room/diner. Beds were comfortable. We fully recommend Hidden Hideout and would happily return.

We had always wanted to stay here as we are frequent visitors to Cromer. We wanted a special night away so decided on Hotel De Paris and were not disappointed. The breakfast was lovely and the staff extremely pleasant. There was also evening entertainment by a local chap which was enjoyable.
