Although I booked a room with a view, I did not expect a small balcony as well; that was a real treat
The room had all the facilities that I would have expected.
As to breakfast, my compliments to Mr. Willis for his sausages !. Although I did not eat it all, this was due to neither my appetite ( nor my teeth ! ) being up to its heartiness.
I would also like to complement Ollie at Reception upon my arrival, who remembered my wife and I had held a joint birthday party at the New House last year: such comment gave me areal sense of welcoming.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax and make yourself feel at home. The shared kitchen area was also a lovely addition to our stay. We had a roast dinner at the pub and that was excellent too.

Doors that do not slam shut maybe carpets in hall ways, put some notice up to other people to be considerate re making noise after 1pm. The room we had breakfast in was lovely but very cold no fire lit and the door kept opening by its self letting the wind in which was very unpleasant while trying to eat breakfast I had to get up about 10 times to close it.

The overall experience very good .facilities were excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful .The food especially for our evening do where there were 20 of us was excellant the only negative was that our breakfast was not warm the incredients were very good I would certainly go there again and definite recommend staying there an incredible peaceful tranquil and beautiful place to go
