Staff were exceptional and were very helpful and friendly. V comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Great cooked breakfast. John runs two v well stocked bars one open quite late for IoM which was great.
Having read some extremely negative reviews, we were more than satisfied with our accommodation and surprised at the comments from others. Will definitely use this hotel again.

A very comfortable apartment right in the middle of Castletown. Parking just behind was great. View of the castle was lovely and shops were right on the doorstep.
