This is advertised as a "room only" hotel, and it is just that. The rooms are good. Hot water and tea/coffee making in room. Easy check-in. I had a nice view of the centre of town.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Whilst having dinner one night we saw a deer strolling through the field opposite the hotel. The location was very good as Menzies Castle and Cluny Gardens were close by and Aberfeldy was a short walk away. At dinner the specials changed each night and the staff very friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the real ale. The hotel was run very efficiently with a light touch such that guests were unaware of all the planning and hard work that went into it making it such an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful place and area, Keeper Anyster was a very friendly guy who left us to it but was about if needed. Nice size cottage with two bathrooms and massive double bed. Loved the woodburner and hot tub, didnt like the pipes all over the garden at the back, views fron the kitchen were a little spoiled, also be good for to have salt, sugar etc, very nice place though and please this is only feedback to improve.
