The waterfront and portion of the town enclosed within the castle wall were nice. Once you exit the castle walls, there were a couple of areas where small groups of males were engaged in anti-social behaviour. While they were in the minority, their presence really brought down the image of the town. The commercial areas outside the castle wall could benefit from signage standards.

The castle and old town are amazing. The views across to Anglesey were breathtaking, especially at sunset.
Everything you need is close by and there are lots of places to visit - castle, marina, smallest pub in Wales. Along with plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes.
I use a walker and had no problem getting around. The castle is in the process of fitting a lift inside one of the towers, so anyone with mobility issues will be able to access the upper areas.

The castle was amazing, we could have spent longer there but wanted to fit in other sightseeing.
We were self-catering but there were lots of places to eat which seemed very attractive.
The town is not too large to get about on foot but I suspect most people would prefer the area around the castle and quays.

Castle interesting and views across to Anglesey beautiful at sunset. Walled town attractive though some of the outer parts a bit run down. Seems a lively place with a buzzing Friday evening social scene. Eating places mostly offering pub grub rather than local produce.(Ok if you like chips)

Magical, Musical, Happy, Dog Friendly and helpful place.
Magical, Musical, Happy, Dog Friendly and helpful place.
The cobbled streets bekan horses, the Castle stands strong, proud and has witnessed passing of time.
The Marina changes as many times as the moon rising and the sun setting, mirroring the life of the Castle.
Musicians bloom like flowers. Laughter and cheer brings people together here.

The town was lovely to walk through and in perfect location from hotel we was very close to the harbour but didn’t go and see as we was there to climb snowdon and was about a 20 min drive there so not too bad
Spacious and clean. A short walk from Caernarfon centre, the castle and other tourist sites, (and the pubs and take-aways.)
A view of Snowdonia from the main bedroom. Well furnished, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
We were a little uncertain about parking and possible local noise but parked right outside the door everytime, heard nothing from the neighbourhood and only saw one person walk passed the house.
We've stayed in North Wales often at various places but this new one is a new favourite and the host... fantastic!
The location is amazing, on lovely farmland with beautiful views in all directions. Sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the sea is hard to beat! The pod is a great size and well equipped. The farm itself is isolated but not too much, about a half hour cycle or fifteen minute drive from Caernarfon, and about a fifteen minute cycle to the nearest village with a shop. Very well located for activities around North Wales and excellent if you have a bike. The sheep on the property are also very cute.
A great find, we booked this the night before we travelled and have been very impressed. The hotel is in a great location for exploaring North Wales. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, we'd like to give a special mention to the assistant manager who was fantastic! He made us feel very welcome and had lots of knowledge of the area. The food is incredible here, definitely not what we were expecting, it made our stay even more special. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable.
The staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and tidy with fresh water available in the fridge along with tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. Guest house had attractive living room on the ground floor available for guests to use.
Very handy location, close to the harbour (where free parking is available), which has a nice view overlooking the Menai Straits and close to Caernarfon Castle and town centre facilities.
The pub is a beautiful old traditional building with a lot of history, however the rooms at the back were very modern and comfortable. We really felt like we had the best of both worlds. The location is also perfect, situated within the castle walls. Staff were all super friendly and we were even given a free parking permit for our stay!
Your accommodation was both comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent each day. And the team were all friendly and helpful.
We found your guest house perfectly situated for our holiday exploring North Wales. And it was just a short walk to the many pubs and restaurants in Caernarfon for an evening meal.
Lovely apartment. Absolutely spotless, cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Hosts are very nice and communicative and have anticipated anything you might need, and more. Excellent location in Caernarfon: just a couple minute walk to just about anything, yet away from the noise. Will definitely stay again!
Staff were very friendly. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Children really enjoyed the pool. The main areas of the hotel were nicely decorated. 10 minutes walk to the castle and centre, yet easily accessible for the main road so ideal for days out to other places too. Excellent location overal.
Idyllic bed and breakfast right next to Caernarfon Castle and the waterfront. The pub downstairs served good food and drink, and the staff were lovely. Everything in the main part of town was within walking distance.
The hosting, the vibe, the quaintness. Just a perfect place to stay in North Wales. It’s a hostel so there is sharing, but never once felt like my needs weren’t met. One of my favorite stays going across the UK.
A lovely little town house, well presented and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed (not that we used it much!). Good location with easy walk into town and the castle.
Great location and attentive hosts. Minutes to come decent restaurant and high street. The castle and boardwalk are also very close by. Parking was also a breeze. Lots to do for little kids as well.
The location of the caravan is very convenient to go and see North Wales. Everything what we needed was provided. We spent a lovely time there and holiday park is definitely worth to be recommended.
The location was fab and the view was even better! We really enjoyed how close it was to lots of different locations and being able to sit out and watch the sun set over Caernarfon in the distance.
Wonderful stay at Caernarfon. House was clean and tidy. Excellent location to visit North wales. Margaret was very helpful and check in and check out East. Would highly recommend.
Room and facilities at the hotel were excellent as was the location within the Town Centre. Availability of free car parking also a bonus. Friendly Host
