A friendly welcome on arrival. Hotel located across the road from a beautiful loch with a small pebble beach - good for a stroll, otherwise a walk is a few minutes drive away. Charming decoration in bedrooms, very comfortable bed, lovely hot water & good shower. Dinner in the hotel was delicious. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Bedding was clean and bed reasonably comfortable. Kettle worked and complementary teabags etc were appreciated. Accommodation for bicycles was ad hoc but the creative solution and flexibility of staff around our travel schedule was great.
