The hotel is perfectly located, about 400 meters to the train station (St Raphaël Valescure), bus station connected, just around the corner with the cinema building near by. There are a lot of small shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 500 meters from the hotel. The staff is nice and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There is the air conditionning, very old, but working and a small fridge. Breakfast (from 7 am) was always the same, though tasty, with fresh croissants, 'pain au chocolat' and baguettes, some range of cheese and ham, eggs, fruits, coffee, tea and fresh juices. There is enough room for everyone in busy days. The check-in starts at 4 pm only, but if you come earlier, you can leave your luggage there. Please be aware that this hotel is old, so you will be equiped with an old fashionned key to open your room :)

I recently stayed at Hotel Le Virevent and was thoroughly impressed by the modernized rooms. Everything felt fresh and new, with sleek decor and thoughtful design throughout. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was a standout feature—large, clean, and with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, which is always important after a long day of travel.
Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was prepared to a high standard and provided a great start to the day
Overall, Hotel Le Virevent exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay with excellent facilities.

This was one of the worst experience I've had.
I've been scammed by the host. She offered a place free of smoke and it was full of smoke all the apartment, also she was smoking in the living room when we arrived.
I'm allergic and I couldn't sleep all night.

They should have bicycles to rent close to the tourismo centre
We walked 40minutes to a bike rent given by the tourism
Got there to a house with noboby after phoning and telling us they are there.
This was time wasted with nobody there and had to ealk back 40mintes.
If you are tourist inclined, get the people with renting bikes or scooters closer to the centre or tourism office. It only makes sense doesnt it?
Overall the French should brush up on their English and not be so rude. The past is the past.English is an international language.France was not a good experience. The French attitude are unacceptable and this we heard from other travelers at the train station from America,Scotland, Poland. We are South Africans.
They are abrupt, not helpfull and a stink attitude st the train stations,Taxis etc which leaves a bad taste. Saint Raphael is beautiful but should do more to advertise their market times and tourist excursions in English. Have a Tuk tuk service etc.

A lovely location for a holiday or a short break. If you want to see the sights car hire probably would be recommended. We arrived by train which was very crowded so maybe a taxi transfer would have been more comfortable. Also someone on the train attempted to steal my purse from my handbag, however they were unsuccessful.
As we borded the train we were warned to be vigilant for thief's.

We loved the beaches. All amazing.
We loved the beaches. All amazing. And you can have very good food, the towns are beautiful. There is a lot to see if you want to. And wonderful places to stay if you just want to chill.
It is pricy though and if you want to get to know the region, you have to consider a lot of time, because there is quite some traffic on the roads. But it´s beautiful!
PS: if you consider going tol Saint Tropez, for instance, try a boat tour. By car, it takes forever,
This place was such a lovely positive surprise for us. We came to Saint Raphael for an event and accommodation was really challenging to find. We didn't want to give up on having AC and there were not many options and we ended up here, not think it would be much. But it was perfect - the location is excellent (walking distances 5 minutes to the train station, 10 minutes to the beach), the rooms fully renovated and extremely comfy, the staff were always so kind and the back garden is so fun to hand out in. Would definitely recommend!
Roomy, very comfortable place to stay. access to the balcony from lounge, kitchen and main bedroom.
Location to Santa Lucia Marina, and Saint Raphael for great bars, restaurants and shopping.
Secure perimeter with gardens and dedicated parking.
Very well equipped apartment everything we needed of good quality from kitchen to linen.
Super location to experience the French Riviera.
Superb staff. So friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Saint Maxime or Saint Tropez. Saint Raphael has so much to offer, beach, restaurants, all of which are within walking distance.
Beautiful hotel beside the sea, extremely obliging staff, fantastic pool facilities, close to all the amenities. Parking in the hotel was full but free parking easily found on street outside.
