Puteaux is charming and easy for visitors but transport is a major problem. For visitors La Defense is a problem, a big problem. It is not negotiable for visitors as it is too big. One cannot find the Metro, taxi's, whatever. Arriving there with a lot of luggage is a nightmare and I will never do it again.

From the Social Hub Hotel in one direction is an attractive residential area with sufficient bars and restaurants. In the other direction and to get to the Metro you have to walk through an area of high rise office buildings. There is a substantial amount of building work going on here and it has been going on for over a year. There is a walkway through to the Metro Esplanade de La Défense but coming the other way when exiting the Metro the walkway is difficult to find. Overall the Metro station Esplanade de La Défense on Line 1 takes you in easily to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. So Puteaux is a quient residential area but one with bars and restaurants but slightly let down by building work in its business centre

Close to the shopping centre and access available but all around it's a building site so much is going one. No great access to facilities around the hotel unless you go to La Defense. Transport is non existent a couple of small buses. Maybe in the future things might different after building work is over.

We din not visit a lot it Puteaux.
We din not visit a lot it Puteaux. We stayed near the Esplanade du la Defense Metro station and walked several times on the esplanade to the Grand Arch. The location was great, really close to the metro M1, busses and RER. I loved being on the Esplanade, and talking long walks. The Eifel Tower is visible between the tall buildings and at night it's magical.

I only walked down to Puteaux centre one evening but found it very clean with a lovely garden area and fountain display at the back of the town hall. TRam/train station very clean and tidy. There seems to be a lot of redevelopment, all to its credit, even around the Hotel area which was 10 mins from the centre.
We booked the adjoining studios which were great for four adults. The studios had everything we needed and were modern and clean. The hotel is in a nice location on a quiet street within short walking distance of La Defense station. A special mention to the staff who were very friendly and couldn’t do more to help. Would definitely return :)
The hotel is very close to the metro station La Defence Espalande. The line 1 of Metro in Paris. It is very easy to visit in 20 minutes approximately Arc of the Triomph, Eifel Tour , Louvre Museum . Additionaly in a short distance there is a shopping center where you can buy anything you want or have a coffee , a drink or eat .
Staff was very nice, was speaking english also.
They clean room every day.
Hotel has good locations and looks very nice. Tram station is very close. But at night i could sleep and I didn't hear enything. I could to use standard ticket (cost per one 1.9EUR) to go to Paris.
The location was very nice , puteaux is a modern very safe district , and you can can reach paris center easily from there .

This place was a very good deal for money if you are on budget .
Location of hotel is perfect for reaching inner Paris and tourist attractions, with good restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and professional.
