Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay.

The apartament is great. Very clean and very taken care of. Eric is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He was very welcoming and friendly. There were some snacks waiting for us at our arrival. The host was making sure that everything is perfect and we have everything that we need.

Comfortable, clean, modern ground floor studio with a private outdoor terrasse. Secure parking behind electric gates. The studio was well equipped with a good shower. The bed was comfortable and easy to use. Isabelle is an excellent host, supplying us with tea, coffee and other goodies. The studio is near bus stops with frequent buses into Cannes, approximately 25 minutes, depending on the traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Good location, clean, well equipped, motorcycle parking in front of the front door.
I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area
There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast
Isabelle is a lovely host and has everything you need catered for. I love the pull down bed. I wasn’t there much which was fine. Bus stop number 1 goes direct to Cannes and all night albeit 30-40 mins but it’s fine and away from the noise in the front at Cannes. Given how expensive Cannes is this property was very affordable and great value
The location is very good near to Cannes, Nice n Monaco. House is big n nicely renovated although its in a old building. The host n neighbours are nice n helpful. The house has aircon which can act as heaters n that made the house very comfortable n cosy. Its really value for money. We will definately come back again.
Friendly reseptionist, quiet and cheap hotel, Nice pool. Breakfast has fruits and juice and coffee. All the rest was finished at 8 am. If you need to stay one night cheap, it's ok.
