Staff were very helpful, highly reccomend for families who enter Paris Disneyland to stay at their resort especially if you have children. Beds were comfortable after a long day out.

We stayed there for four days. Everything was super clean, and the room was well-finished. Everything was new and of high quality. The hosts were nice, friendly, and responsive to all our personal requests. Very attentive people who think ahead and strive to provide the perfect stay. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the family is very adaptable. We are in love and will would recommend 10/10. A rare gem.

Chessy is a fantastic place to stay, especially for those visiting Disneyland Paris. The town has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere while still being incredibly convenient, just minutes away from the parks. The train station in Chessy provides quick and easy access to both Disneyland and central Paris, making it a great base for exploring the area. The local shops and restaurants offer a nice variety, and we found everything we needed close by. The town is clean, well-kept, and family-friendly, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful and well located for our trip to Disneyland Paris, the complimentary cars to and from the park really are a god send after a full day in the park. We did choose to walk some days since the location is so nice which only took 15/20 mins.
We booked on a B&B basis, although the only thing that lets this beautiful hotel down was the lack of food being replenished in the restaurant in the mornings. Some days we virtually had nothing as there wasn't anything to eat. This is peak season and a busy hotel so the food or lack of it really needs addressed.
We did not use the hotel pool as we travelled with a 5 year old and the allocated times for this age group was and hour late morning and again an hour late afternoon.
There was a large shopping Mall behind the hotel with a Supermarket downstairs and also a designer outlet nearby, all if which are a 5 min walk from the hotel.
There are several places to eat all around the hotel which are all reasonably priced.
I chose this hotel as after a full day in Disney it was nice to come back to some normality and a bit of quiet to recharge the batteries.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the smell of the Spa products used by the hotel hits you as you enter the foyer very fresh and welcoming.

A very nice and clean accomodaties. Travelling to Disneyland is easy with public transport. The train station is only a 10 minute walk and 1 stop from Disneyland.
We could park our car in the accomodation's parking lot. A small supermarket is around the corner. And a few restaurant are at close range. We've had a great time.

Disneyland 15 minutes by bus, stop about 100 m from property. Nice chinese buffet on opposite side of the road. Cheapest diesel in Paris, pump 24 hrs. Everyone helpful

Fantastic location if you like Disney and Shopping Malls. The station has amazing links to Disneyland and then it is easy on to CDG airport in 10 mins. The Mall at Val d'europe is a must for all shoppers
The staff at the property was very professional. Everyone was so nice with us and try to make our stay pleasant.
Also, we had a private car to drop off and pick up from Disneyland Paris.
Unfortunately it was an issues with the hot water the last day which ruined our plan to go to visit Paris.
It happened that the hotel hadn’t got water for a whole day between 9am to 20:30.
Also, a couples of people ( at the Spa for example) cannot speak English as well, but we have been lucky enough to meet a staff who speak our mother tongue.
Very clean, new flat and quiet neighbour hood. Superb friendly owner.
5 mins walk from the train station. Supermarkets close by. 5 min to mini market and 10 mins to Val d’Europe shopping Centre.
If you don’t live in Disneyland Hotels and resorts, you live in Val d’Eruope. It’s one train stop away, takes 4 mins and costs €2.2 per adult and €1.10 for kids to 10 yrs.
To get there from the Paris CDG airport, take the train RER B line to Chalet lès Halles and change RER A line, very easy!
We loved our stay , the apartment was spotless , comfy and in a perfect location for our trip into Paris and to Disneyland , train station close by and lovely places to eat , over looks beautiful gardens and the bonus of a washing machine which was invaluable for a family of five ! Secure parking was great !
Antoine was very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. The apartment is as shown in pictures. 5 mins walk to the nearest train station and just 1 stop away from Disneyland Paris. Highly recommended. 👍🏻
Great location for Disney and train into Paris. Clean and comfortable. Underground secure parking a bonus. Supermarket, bar, cafe and restaurants nearby too. Outside garden and dining an added bonus.
