I rate the hotel as bad as I can so I can get attention from somebody who can get my deposit money back. Overall the hotel was great but for some reason, I was asked to pay over €200 as a deposit and I was told I would get it back straight away. I have rung twice and they said they have instigated the payment.. so two people said they had, so obviously the first one hadn’t. It will take possibly a week for me to get my money back.. I’ve traveled across Europe and stayed in many hotels through bookings.com and was never asked to pay a large deposit beforehand. I just want my money back and I see no reason why can’t happen today. Thanks.
It is a good hotel for a layover or a short stay on your road trip. Basic facilities, but clean, easy to access and automated checkin after hours. The staff is nice and the area seemed to be safe. It is good for the price.
