Cannes is lovely at the old town (West) end. It's quite touristy but this is the Cote D'azur! We weren't interested in the red carpet, casino etc. But instead beach bars like O'key and the old town. I think there is probably more to do in Nice but Cannes is definitely worth visiting. It's pricey but this is the Cote D'azur!

coming to the same conference for over 20 years and I have the feeling the city has become less and less welcoming and friendly towards its professional visitors. I feel more and more mistreated. bad food bad service, and never-ending construction work. A beautiful, breathtaking location undoubtedly but be careful not to lose your character.

Been hearing about the festival all my life and wanted to have a look at what it is because I may come back next year for the big event. Restaurants were nice and not that pricey. Although I live in a big city so I’m kinda used to it…You still have fast food restaurants or boulangerie if you’re on a budget and need a quick bite.

Picturesque city the streets of which you can walk every day. Spacious clean beaches, azure sea water, birds chirping, small bakeries and pastry shops on almost every street. Suitable for family holiday and for a romantic vacation.

The beaches are very good.
The beaches are very good. The downtown area is beautiful, full of restaurantes on the street, plenty of old streets with local stores, the square is beautiful too. Waking on the cost street is very nice also. The food in europe is great, tasty but not need to hide bad quality with spicy staffs.

Cannes is perfect for a short break - 4 / 5 days.
Cannes is perfect for a short break - 4 / 5 days. It's most famous for the Cannes Film Festival but prices during that period are ridiculously high. Visit during October as the weather is nice and it's not crowded (unless you happen to visit during the TFWA Exhibition which usually attracts more than 7000 delegates to the town for 3 - 4 days.
This boutique hotel was everything I wanted while visiting Cannes. It is comfortable, stylish, and convenient to everything. It is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the train station. The best part of Villa Pruly is Nicole and Aurelien. They are friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone, but I felt like every time I returned from my days outing, I was coming home to be met with a smile and overflowing kindness.
Beautiful location on the Croissette with a lovely garden and excellent Japanese restaurant. Rooms are so chic and modern, it feels like you’re on a very luxurious ocean liner (but with a lot more space). The hotel has a very intimate feel and the staff are incredibly helpful and hospitable. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely the most elegant in Cannes.
* Marjorie and Johan have created a wonderful base for a visit to Cannes + they are so nice and helpful
* It was incredibly clean
* The patio is HUGE
* Thick curtains and a comfy bed = best sleep I've had since arriving in France
* Copenhagen Coffee Lab (10 min walk towards the ocean) is excellent. Food and coffee are high quality and the staff is very friendly
This is a superb hotel for the price, very comfortable rooms right in the centre of Cannes. Staff are very friendly and professional..I have stayed before and would do again without hesitation. It was so good to have a bathroom with a bath on a chilly winter's evening. So many hotels are just showers now.
Super clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to all shopping, restaurants and the beach. The rooftop restaurant is also amazing. Best hotel out of all the places we stayed in compared to Paris, Aix, Saint Tropez, and Nice. I came with friends but will return with my family.
This hotel is located in the heart of Cannes and this is probably its biggest advantage. It’s close to shops, restaurants, beach bars, parking and more. The staff here is also very very friendly and accommodating - we literally had all of our (special) requests answered. Perfect room service.
We did not have the breakfast. Loved the size of the room and the facilities. Alexander was impeccable with both arrival experience and help during the stay. The location was perfect for a nice short walk to our conference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cannes.
A charming hotel dating from the 19th century like there are still a few in Cannes, a warm welcome, a confortable bed, cosy room, clean, very central, secured, with plenty of free parking on the street at night and public parking space nearby.
Wow
Just wow

Very clean and nice, moderate hotel in the center of Cannes. Excellent location for exploring the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Very nice hotel, good position near to the city centre, clean rooms, professional staff. We enjoyed a lot the spa with swimming pool located at the roof level.
Hotel is nice and staff are very pleasant and ready to help. Location is very good, mostly all in Cannes you can reach on foot. Breakfast is also very good.
