Loved the size of the villas, super comfortable with two teens. Breakfast was always busy but the buffet was great. The facilities & the pool was amazing. The staff were outstanding and super friendly. Our teens were out every evening playing volleyball with the staff :) they loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Denarau, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The island offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The resorts are world-class, with stunning beachfront views, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service. Whether you're lounging by the pool or exploring the local culture, there's something for everyone.
The proximity to Nadi makes Denarau convenient, but once you're on the island, it feels like a secluded paradise. I loved the variety of restaurants, offering delicious local and international cuisine, and the people were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The marina is a great hub for day trips to nearby islands, and the water activities—snorkeling, diving, and sailing—are absolutely fantastic. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just a relaxing break, Denarau has it all. I can't wait to return!

The people are friendly and very welcoming.
The people are friendly and very welcoming. Venturing out of the resorts is a much cheaper option for drinks and a meal, and the food was really good. The Bula bus is an easy and affordable way to get around, although taxis were cheap and just as easy to access whenever you needed to. We spent a day at Beachcomber Island and it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.

We used Denarau as a base for our ferry trip from Port Denarau to Tokoriki Island. On the first night we got in late and enjoyed dinner at Indigo Restaurant. Prior to our cruise we walked around the shops and enjoyed some treats from the bakery.
On return we stayed at the Hilton which is highly recommended.

Sheraton Denarau is close to the airport and excellent for those with kids. The Fijians love children so kids are very well catered for. The Bula Bus will take you down to the port for an easy and cheap excursion that is 15 minutes away. Have an icecream or look at the boats, enjoy. I did not experience the water park but that looks like serious fun if your kids are primary/ high school age and love a little adventure including mini golf! Also There is a beautiful 18 hole golf course to explore for the adults.

Was pleasantly surprised at how close everything was. With the port and other resorts nearby the selection of restaurants and activities was much more than we expected. The Bula Bus made everything easily within 5 to 10 minute journeys.

The Bula bus was a great way to get around and Denerau Port had a good variety of shops for anything you needed. The Fijian people are so warm and welcoming and if you are travelling with young children they go out of their way to make them welcome too.
The staff at the Sofitel Fiji Resort were just absolutely fantastic - could not fault a single one of them!
They made us feel so welcome right from the start; never for a moment did we see any staff just hanging about - they all were doing something and their service was excellent be it at the restaurants, poolside or by the beach.
Your Concierge staff were the best!! Oswald and team take a bow!

Thank you to Radisson Blu Fiji - we, unfortunately, made the wrong room booking, misunderstood but the duty manager sorted it out for us immediately. Bookings.com allowed us to book a twin single when we needed twin doubles but the hotel sorted it out immediately. We now know better for next time. Was late after a 5 hr boat trip so we were all tired and not wanting the hassle but there was no hassle.
My family and I had such a lovely experience staying at the Hilton Fiji. We could not find any faults during our stay, even when our air conditioning unit stopped working, it was promptly fixed.
The staff are exceptional, kind, genuine and made the stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend the buffet breakfasts. What an amazing selection, our children are still raving about it.
We stayed at 4 hotels while on Fiji. The best over all was Sheraton. Food was great, drinks where great. The location is close to airport (15-20mins) & stuff is very friendly & professional. Some of the other 5 star hotels we stayed at where not as friendly or professional
Excellent facility with close proximity (5 min walk) to Port Denarau Marina for offshore island tours and Denarau Island Hotels. Fully self contained with large spacious living areas. Perfect for a family holiday!
