The location of the facility is in the forest, exactly where you would want to be in Rovaniemi. We went to the center by bike in 10 minutes, but on the way back we had to walk with our bikes in our hands, it was very tiring. It would be much more comfortable by car. The staff was very helpful, especially Matias. After leaving the hotel, we were warned by e-mail about the negligence of the hotel staff regarding the account, it was an e-mail sent as if we had leave without paying, of course we paid it immediately. We did not use breakfast for 2 days because we woke up late, I asked them for the breakfast fee back, they did not answer. If they had not panicked by forgetting to take the 60 € payment, everything would have been 10 out of 10..

I had an absolutely extraordinary experience at Nova Galaxy Village during my one-night stay. The pods, though small, are perfectly suited and comfortably equipped for spending a night in the snow. The private sauna worked flawlessly and provided a unique experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Finland during the snowy months. Additionally, the husky sledding excursion was wonderfully timed and an absolute must-do. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Rovaniemi was a slice heaven for our little group - easy to walk around, wonderful range of dining options and price points, nice residents, fun atmosphere, wonderful activities to explore!
We especially enjoyed Aurora Hunting with Alex K, Bearhill Husky Training Center, the buffet at the Arktikum Museum and the fun atmosphere at the city center. Nili’s was a very satisfying restaurant with delectable regional specialities and atmosphere.

It is a wonderful town with some important things to do and places to view. But public transport is BAD. There are just buses, and that too very few. There should be buses every 29 minutes at least, or there can be trams within the city with buses serving locations outside the city centre. This will reduce the number of cars; there are too many cars here.

Good city.
Good city. River bank particularly for walking and cycling and ice creams.
Santa village is worth a visit if you have kids. Cycle to Santa village. Cycle track all the way.
Observation tower hike is good too.
But the best is Arctic circle Hiking area except for the mosquitoes. Hat with protective net is absolutely necessary.

A very different place, town and surroundings from the rest of Finland, especially its central and southern parts. Polar day and night is also an experience for Central Europeans. Also interesting is the Pyhä-Luosto National Park, which offers a wide selection of hiking trails, from which everyone can choose according to their own discretion and capabilities.

I don’t think you need a lot of time here in the spring or summer because a few of the tours don’t operate but it’s still worth visiting. Beautiful pristine area that reminds you of the beauty of nature.

The town lives in the shadow of Santa Claus Village but is worth sightseeing for itself. The modern architecture, the Arcticum museum, good infrastructure, nice surroundings - there is much to see and do for a couple of days.
A great hotel centrally located in Rovaniemi town centre. Easy walking distance (even in minus 19 degrees) to the local shops, restaurants and lots of activities. If you want to go to Santa Park, or Santa's Village, the bus stop is literally alongside the hotel, and comes regularly.
We had a great stay, comfy beds, lovely staff and great full breakfast included. There was really nothing more we could have asked for.
Warm, comfortable and clean guesthouse, very helpful staff and a really good buffet breakfast. Rooms are basic but warm and clean. There is a communal kitchen for use.
Location is good - beside a supermarket and train station (and Santa bus stop) and 10-15 mins walk to shopping mall and museums and the walk along the river. The rate was very favourable compared to other hotels in Rovaniemi. Highly recommended.
The hotel is in the city center of Rovaniemi, and you have all restaurants, shops, and "safari" companies right next door. The hotel staff is helpful. The lobby and winter terrace, as well as the restaurant of the hotel are comfortable and the food (restaurant + breakfast) are great. The sauna at the hotel was very much appreciated as well!
Location, right by the ski slope, great walks and ski touing from the door, room size, views from restaraunt. Staff in the hotel and restaraunt were great. Roof viewing platform for Northern Lights.
