Lovely hotel, comfy beds, great pool area, nice bar, plus another rooftop one. An easy walk into town where there are many different choices of bars and restaurants. Close to beach where there are sunbeds and a few bars/restaurants (lunch only). Staff super friendly particularly the lady in the restaurant who greets for breakfast and dinner. Rooms spotlessly clean on arrival and throughout the stay. Midday checkout.

Absolutely love Zahara de los Atunes it is truly a wonderful place. Thankfully far enough from airports to deter mass tourism, it is a Spanish resort very popular in the summer when the inhabitants of the Andalucian cities move to the coast. As a result no need for the restaurants, bars and shops etc to speak English which also deters non Spanish: a big plus point. It would be difficult to have a good holiday here if you cannot speak Spanish.

It was not as advertised, in fact, far from it.
It was not as advertised, in fact, far from it. It was very run down and not maintained. The sofa was very worn. The smell of sewage was apparent in the whole aprtment. There was dirt and dust in all corners. The pool was dirty and had broken tiles and not teally fit for use. My husband got an infection in his stomach from the water. The cleaners arrived after we arrived and were rather abrupt. I was also concerned about GDPR as they had taken u images of passport I.D. The location isn't as advertised, its a bit of a drive from where they confirmed, so to get to anywhere you would need a taxi or a 20-30 minute walk.

Zahara is a beautiful town with plenty of good bars and restaurants. The beach is gorgeous and the place is a good base camp for exploring nearby tourist attractions, like Tarifa, Vejer, Baelo Claudia or Trafalgar.

Zahara is a magic place with beautiful beaches and gastromony . The people are very helpful and friendly . I would recomend the Playa dos alemanes and also a walk to see the camarinal lighthouse where you can take a walk to a nearby beach or enjoy the view . Restaurante Antonios , El Cortijo , and taberna El campero were very nice .
Restaurante el campero in Barbate was excellent be sure to reserve before hand .

Location is unbelievably close to a beautiful beach with incredible views. Staff is very nice and work very hard especially the General Manager and the breakfast lady. Reserve the full sea view room for a large balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast is really good enjoyable. We took day trips to Cadiz and several other beach towns. Beach bar in front to hotel is perfect for ice cold beer and friendly service. Sunsets are beautiful and the water is crystal clear. Really enjoyed our 4 days for a little over 400 euros. We will be back.
Wonderful property! Hostesses were exceptional. Came from Nashville Tennessee. House was exactly as pictured and described. Very well appointed. Quick 5 minute walk to gorgeous beach and another 5 minutes to downtown where restaurants and shops located. Right outside front door is a tennis court which the kids loved playing on. Downstairs in the property is a great place to play on rainy days as it has a ping pong table which converts to fooseball table and pool table. Would definitely rent again.
Proximity to the beach is perfect It is clearly a family run hotel and the do it brilliantly, younger travellers may think it a little old fashioned more formal perhaps but all the better for that.
All hotel breakfasts are different, this one whilst good could do with a little update. The coffee not to my taste and that was a shame the Spanish make the best coffee in the world in my opinion.
The location was very close to Barbate and a short drive to Zahara de Los Atunes.
A wonderful raw beach is just across the road.
The location of the Villa is right by a main road bordered by a Natural Park at the end of the garden, with Flamingoes coming so close at times you could almost touch them.
We could not hear any road noise, the Villa is an amazingly tranquil place to stay.
The private grounds to the apartment complex are beautifully kept and the swimming pool is excellent. There were a few restaurants nearby, but the real action is in Zahara centre where the town really buzzed with great restaurants and bars. The artisan market is also interesting, as are the shops. However, it is a 10 minute, 10 euro taxi into the centre of Zahara.
property is very pretty at a decent price. staff was very friendly, clean and helpful. Zahara de los Atunes is probably one of the best and most beautiful beaches I’ve seen other than Riviera Maya and Thailand. Is more of a couples hotel than a family facility. Internet is horrible and also wifi in the room.
The room was large in size, had decent amenities, good bathroom. Nothing fancy but good for the price considering it was all hotels in the area are overpriced. Nice staff, perfect location, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, etc. A little noisy, I could hear people in the other rooms.
The architecture and design of the house was great. It’s like being in Greece but ion Spain. Really good people. Juan Diego is very friendly and was always helpful, although he didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Spanish but we could communicate through translation apps and was all fun.
The apartment was close to the beach and had a pool. Parking was not a problem (beginning of July) It was walking distance to a grocery store, butcher, etc. You could also go to restaurants within walking distance. If you want to go into town, it is a 7' drive.
The location is excellent. Right next to the beach and a short walk to the centre filled with restaurants. Response times before arrivals were impressive and helpful. I liked the dated feel of the hotel, it’s like being escorted back in time!
The location is perfect. Near the beach and a few minutes away from the shops and restaurants. The bathtub was also bigger than expected. We also liked the small pool, which is very handy when there is so much wind now and then.
Brilliant location. Parking was in large area behind hotel at just €2 a day. Good size fridge in room. Pool area is small and unappealing but you are a 2 min walk from the most glorious beach.
Great mid size hotel with comfortable rooms and beds around a pretty pool area
Bathrooms with bathtub, good water pressure
Friendly staff
Beach is 2 min away
Everything was perfect
