We liked the gas BBQ which we used and there is a butcher shop literally 3 minutes walk just down the road.

Great location, apartment was lovely (same as advertised) and the staff were attentive and lovely. The Pilgrim meal was a highlight.

Villares is just a small town on the Camino de Santiago. It has nothing special to see, but the place was full of hikers and also people (like us) coming to participate in the annual medieval festival in Hospital de Órbigo, just 2 km away.
