We had a great room, spacious, well equipped and very clean. The staff were very helpful, friendly, they acted very quickly and efficiently to facilitate a room change when a minor problem occurred shortly after our arrival.

We stayed here as part of a bike tour. It was the more expensive hotel, but room was great, location was superb, as was Salamanca plus it had secure parking for the bike.

Restaurant offered a reasonably good choice at competitive price.
Staff was brilliant, very friendly and helpful! Food from restaurant was delicious and breakfast had a lot of choice and really had everything you would want in a hotel breakfast. Hotel main areas were lovely.
The staff is mostly well intentioned and tries to accommodate everyone's needs. We had a good experience at the restaurant and overall the hotel is clean and OK for one night when travelling.
Large bedrooms and bathroom area with good aircon. Lovely reception area and a good selection at breakfast. The evening meal was also very good. Great hotel.
