Excellent location, close to nice parking spot and 2 minutes from the beach. On the upper floors there was a small room for kids to play and on the top swimming pool, pity we couldn't use it but it's great to be there.

We had a lovely stay at Roses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect!

Very friendly staff - always with a smile, ready to help. Good breakfast, nice area to sit outside while having breakfast. Rooms were basic but good. Proximity to the beach is great. Parking is either right in front (of the hotel) or just next door (public and free).
Hotel Carmen is set less than 100 metres from the beach, in the Costa Brava town of Roses. This small design hotel offers charming, bright rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom.
Not well served in terms of bars and restaurants. Train service very infrequent. Garbats and La Roca are good places to eat. In both, the food was excellent and La Roca is exceptionally good value for money.
