The location is excellent. Right on the edge of the old town, so away from the masses of tourists, but only 250 metres from the university and the old town.
The room, (room 12). It was quiet and I was not disturbed by any noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had 3 nights of very good sleep. There was a window with a balcony which opened onto the small, largely pedestrian, street outside. The window and the wooden shutters kept noise out.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was buffet. Very basic : croissants, toast, bread, fruit, cakes, coffee and orange juice. Good value for €8. To have that in a café in the street would have cost double.

The location was very central with easy access to a lovely gazebo overlooking the Roman bridges over the river. We went to do stargazing and since it was a rural town near the gazebo was a very nice area to stargaze being not overwhelmed by city lighting. The whole town is very quiet and peaceful.
This converted convent is in the beautiful Duero Valley and has its own vineyard and a spa.

Breakfast very good choice including freshly cooked eggs of your choice. Lunch was very good. Wine as expected was up to a good standard. Dinner menu good and no complaints about quality. Room was spacious with good privacy even outside. Wine tasting was informative and enjoyable.
