Excellent location for overnight stop, after disembarking the island ferry to Barcelona. Easy access from the Auto pista, close to the exit, and yet the road was unobtrusive from the hotel. Amazing views from the hotel which is elevated on a hill. The secure fencing and entrance gates gave us comfort for parking our car overnight. Welcoming and helpful staff. The restaurant was fully operational later into the evening, serving delicious food. Dogs welcome - lots of grass areas to walk pets. The swimming pool looked very inviting.

Loved this hotel, we had a poolside bedroom & the pool was literally outside our door- plus the sun was out. Great shop next door & we ate in the restaurant which was very nice. We will def return
I had thought that I had booked the Golden Hotel, not the Hotel Golden, so was rather shocked to discover that I was 'out in the country' not in the city with my cousin! My own fault...although the name is confusing!
So I was eventually pleased with the hotel and its surroundings as it was calm after a day in the city, and when I discovered that I could get a bus nearby straight into the city for 4.50 euros instead of the 45 euros I had to pay for a taxi, I was happy.

We need a place to stay on our way back to France. We usually spend the night in Barcelona but this time decided to stay outside the city. It was the best decision. Super quitte location. The hotel provides excellent value for money. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. A very generous breakfast buffet is included as well.
