Gorgeous, well-preserved hillside town worth exploring. So few tourists, we couldn't believe it! We explored the castle and cathedral and were the only people there most of the time! Plenty of historical places, surrounding towns to visit, not to mention the natural beauty and outdoor adventure.
Exactly as shown in the photos. Modern, comfortable well equipped apartment in a quiet cul de sac. Excellent shower. Good WiFi.
Although the parking is street parking it was easy to find a convenient parking spot.
The apartment is an easy walk into the old part of Valderrobres.
Lots of places of interest to visit.The Griffon vulture feeding is near by and has to be booked. There's also a fab Iberian 5th century BC site near Calaceite which doesn't seem to be much visited!

We loved everything. The hotel was beautifully decorated inside and out. They had the most beautiful gardens with all sorts of flowers and plants. We brought our little dog who was in heaven running around the fields. The couple who own the place were so lively and made such an effort to speak to all the guests at dinner time. The waiters were excellent and didn’t miss a beat. We will be back for sure
Beautifully renovated old manor set in delightful grounds, with excellent facilities. The staff (and owners) were helpful, attentive and a pleasure to speak with. We enjoyed first class cuisine, both at breakfast and dinner. This hotel is an oasis of tranquility set in a region of charming medieval villages and breathtaking countryside. Well worth travelling to this gem of a place.
Apartment in the center of Valderrobres with a view of the Plaza Mayor. The apartment is cozy and fantastic. The best part of this apartment was Maite, the host. She took the time to explain the nearby attractions, made excellent recommendations, and showed us on the map where to go and what to visit.
The hotel is extremely well renovated, with attention for details. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is great too, just like breakfast. The location is marvelous, just slightly off the beaten path with a bumpy road leading down to the river front.

The receptionist was super-lovely (sorry, forgot his name) and made us feel at home.
The apartment is in one of the best settings in Valderrobres, right next to the bridge over the river and a lovely view of the castle from the top bedroom which also had a nice terrace.
