Quick check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff at check in/check out/on phone /breakfast. A shout out to Matte in the breakfast area for moving quickly, keeping things flowing and smiling early in the morning. Breakfast offerings varied and much more than I expected. Room was well-stocked.
Hotel Escuela Madrid is set 25 minutes’ drive outside central Madrid, close to the M40 Motorway and just 4 km from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. It has a café and free Wi-Fi.

The room and bed were huge and overall the furniture was new and practical. The room service was excellent. The breakfast was typical Spanish and was open for several hours, suitable for both businessmen and tourists.
This hotel is located in San Sebastian de los Reyes, just 19km from the centre of Madrid. There is free Wi-Fi in rooms. The Globales Hotel de los Reyes has a private car park.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. The hotel was very accommodating and supported me in having a work-related meeting providing lovely coffees throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

While judging the location is usually subjective as it is highly circumstantial, for me it was perfect, as it is located close to the motorway to Alcobendas and greater Madrid area.
There also is a train station and the Tres Cantos city center near by, so an overall pretty decent and convenient location outside of the Madrid metropolitan area.
Tres Cantos is a very comfortable town north of Madrid, 15 min drive away. The town has plenty of public spaces, many play grounds for kids, rich in dining spots. It looks like IT hub, with many companies, campuses and young population. The hotel has free parking, the place around is safe. It is ran down a bit and requires a new breathing, but overall there are no major flaws and the best it can offer - value for its money.
A bit retro but comfortable hotel in Tres Cantos, few minutes to train station which gets you to central Madrid, Lovely staff, good breakfasts, stable wi-fi. Very peaceful, green area with a big city park opposite to the hotel. I loved my stay here, it provided me with a completely different view on Madrid.

Also, I liked the village of Tres Cantos on a Friday night. There's a nice bar right across the hotel, in the park. On Saturday, we were able to go to the center of Madrid in just 30 minutes by train.
The hotel and the room were very clean. The bathroom was great, the room was large. The air conditioning helped a lot through the hot weather. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were quite sound proof, I didn't hear any of my neighbours.
Though it is an older hotel, they have maintained it well. Clean, great pillows and comfy beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. I use this hotel regularly for friends and coworkers who come to town.
Clean and quiet hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Great location next to a supermarket and train station, with the journey into Madrid 20 minutes costing only €2.60, would recommend
A good placed hotel with helpful and kind staff. The hotel is good for short business trips located near the train station and a supermarket. The restaurant are as well not far.
The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. I could park right next to the hotel for free, which was a bonus. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful.
I’m doing the Camino de Madrid and this hotel was not far off the route. Large comfortable room. Allowed me to check in a little early. And good value breakfast.
