The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. The hotel was very accommodating and supported me in having a work-related meeting providing lovely coffees throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel, good sized room and really near the station. The staff at reception were all really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was well worth getting - something for everyone, including tortillas, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, bacon and ham and decent bread. Also had some sweet stuff if that's your thing. Overall a good stay.
A bit retro but comfortable hotel in Tres Cantos, few minutes to train station which gets you to central Madrid, Lovely staff, good breakfasts, stable wi-fi. Very peaceful, green area with a big city park opposite to the hotel. I loved my stay here, it provided me with a completely different view on Madrid.
Staff is charming. Rooms are big and luxurious, albeit somewhat worn out. There is free garage parking and the hotel is well connected, to the highway as well as the C-line train into Madrid. The nature reserve Valdeloshielos is right next door, great for a short hike.
I’m doing the Camino de Madrid and this hotel was not far off the route. Large comfortable room. Allowed me to check in a little early. And good value breakfast.
