Hot tub was fun, delivery method of food was excellent in the little cubby. Very private and suitable for our needs. I enjoyed the parking arrangements too.

The staff were great. We arrived several hours earlier than we had told the hotel and they made a room available to us. We had to leave at 6am for the airport and there was a multi-lingual staff member at the front desk and a 24 hr help-yourself coffee and snacks room available at no charge. We had not expected a such high-end hotel at this price.
We also loved walking the town center and found an Indian restaurant for dinner. This town and hotel will become our standard for early morning flights out of Madrid.
The staff is wonderful, and the rooms clean. then area outside is very relaxing with plenty of places to walk or sit. The rooms are a decent size, and the balcony allows for more space. The hotel is located close enough to town too walk, but parking is also very convenient. The hotel is close to the highway, but quiet.
Hotel has great location and safe parking. Outdoor swimming pool is clean and big enough to swim in it.Towels are offerred by the reception..
Javier, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Hotel restaurant was closed but he helped us with ordering food to the hotel .
Great location for half way stop over to Portugal although hotel didn't have a proper restaurant except for breakfast there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by and the hotel was OK with ordering in take away
Convenient hotel located next to the motorway and with easy access to Torrelodones. All necessary amenities provided, the room is clean and the staff friendly. Parking is easy and plentiful.
Excellent accommodation, I even got a free upgrade due to a large group staying in the hotel. The room was always very clean, towels were exchanged daily and the bed was always made.
I was upgraded to a better room, in the annex outside the hotel, with easy access to the parking. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
