Staying at Los Guardeses was an extraordinary experience. It is located in Solares, in a reformed, former marquess house. Although it is surrounded by modern buildings, the garden with abundant plants maintains it's unique atmosphere. The staff was helpful and friendly, and shared the history of Los Guardeses. The room was very clean and had all equipment from the description. I was happy to find a good quality hairdryer. The beds were comfortable with two, long pillows for each person. Breakfast was tasteful with variety of products. To sum up, I strongly recommend this place.
Pensión Rada is centrally located, only 5 minutes’ walk from the Solares Spa and 10 minutes’ drive from Santander. It offers functional rooms equipped with TV and private bathroom.

Bemon Playa Hotel is located in the town of Somo, across the bay from Santander. It is just 150 metres from a long sandy beach and various surfing schools. Surf equipment can be stored on site.

The Bemon Playa has a friendly, easygoing atmosphere and is very popular with locals. Our room was adicute with a fridge and very clean,daily room service if required.

Amazing treatment and place.
We stayed for a week and felt like kings. Daily Room service, 20 min away from Santander city, parking spot, delicious breakfast, padel court with equipment, nice swimming pool and bbq. There are no restaurants in the property but they offer you multiple options around (although beware that they close early)
Hotel Las Anclas is situated south of Santander Bay, just 3 km from Santander Parayas Airport and near the S-10 Motorway. It offers 24-hour reception, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

A member of staff on the ferry did say Solares was where you went to drink and I think, except for the luxury hotel he was right. Lots of drunk older men around..
Room was very comfortable and clean although the lighting was inadequate.
Breakfasts were excellent with a great choice.
Spa/pool complex was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel.
