We loved the location, Sineu is such a pretty authentic town and the villa is a short walk from there.
We enjoyed the outside space and pool, with plenty of seating and also the parasols. The villa itself was very clean and spacious with plenty of home from home amenities.
We also appreciated the well stocked first aid kit which we needed to use.

The stay was super! Very quiet location, but very central to see all corners of the island in max 1h drive. 5min drive to find a restaurant, 15min drive to the beach. There was also the possibility to have breakfast and dinner on site. Very tasty local foods with fruits and vegetables from their own garden. Idyllic location where peacocks and geese roam freely. Pleasant saltwater pool and a very sweet host and family. Highly recommended!

The town of Sineu is small but absolutely stunning, the architecture and narrow streets were extremely picturesque. For such a small town, there was a good selection of traditional Mallorcan restaurants to choose from, all serving excellent food at very reasonable prices. When we stayed, the town was getting ready for their annual fiesta, but the rest of the time it was really quiet and chilled. The market held every Wednesday was excellent and made the town come to life. The only downside is the location. Being in the centre of the island, getting home from an evening somewhere on the coast can be tricky. Therefore we had to ensure we were back before the last train which ran until 10:20pm from Palma. Overall, the town feels like a real undiscovered gem which in a few years’ time will likely be a tourist hotspot in peak season. Definitely worth a visit (or a stay).

Very lovely authentic Majorcan house with individual rooms in a lovely small village. Good location to discover the island and start biking tours. Very nice, welcoming hosts who make you feel like you’re at home. Beautiful terrace with a wonderful view on the mountains. Delicious and freshly made breakfast!!!

A nice town overall with a lovely old town and Placa. Good vibe provided by local residents rather than tourists with plenty of decent bars and restaurants. Great location on the island. Easy to access pretty much everywhere. Even has rail access to Palma.
We loved everything about the hotel. Not only were the rooms extremely comfortable, spacious and super clean but the whole house is beautifully designed with eclectic pieces collected over the years from two generous owners with a wonderful dog. Breakfasts are freshly prepared with local ingredients and cooked to your liking.
The owners generosity doesn’t stop there, whenever they can be of any help even for the most trivial task, they will be there for their guests.
what’s not to like? room was big and lovely. Guillermo was an amazing host and the breakfast was the best food we had in Spain! I highly, highly recommend that anyone new to Spain stay here especially if you have children. Plus Sineu is in the centre of Mallorca and so easy to drive in all directions from there which is what we did. we rented a car and each day with Guillermo’s expert advice, he would plot sites to visit on a map and off we went. amazing experience.
We spent three nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The town in which the hotel is located is also very nice and with its central location perfect to explore the island by car. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Charming stay with the very hospitable Juan and Antonia. Breakfast in the courtyard everyday was wonderful - fruit, croissants, bread and jams, tea, coffee, omelette - all wonderful. Sineu is an incredibly beautiful town. Very romantic - perfect for couples. We will be back next year!
