Although a large city centre hotel it was very friendly and the staff helpful. Quiet and great value for money. Excellent, large underground d carpark with lifts to the various floors in the hotel. Our room was large, comfortable with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Walk in shower and separate bath.
The pool area was most welcome in the heat of the afternoon.
Breakfast was varied and excellent.

Friendly, helpful staff, questions answered very well. Lovely people in general. Rooms were soundproofed well and blackout curtains were great. We found the 20 minute walk to the city centre/old town great. We never felt unsafe or threatened. Lovely break.
