The staff were very welcoming. I wasn't on an all in package though wish I was as the food in the Restaurant was top class and willing to.pay extra to enjoy, though would look to get package if booking again

The facilities are very clean, well laid out. All the appliances are there, starting from a full sized dishwasher, through an induction hob, a grill and oven to a quality fridge. My room had two showers, one suite with the bedroom and one separate. There is a small terrace/balcony attached to each residency. As expected from a quality hotel all the toiletries, towels, pool towels are there and are of good quality.
The staff is professional, very friendly, aims to please and always has a smile for you. I couldn't rate all of them higher, from reception, through cleaning, maintenance, waiters... Fantastic!
The breakfast is good (unfortunately I wasn't well for most of my stay, so can't rate all the food available, which is a pity as what I tried was of top quality - the waiting staff went out of their way to cater for me, checking in each day to see if I'm better, offering light foods for my upset stomach), you get a long list of things the chefs can prepare for you from omelette, pancakes, fried meats, eggs etc. A more traditional serving of fruits, charcuterie , cheese and various breads is available. All in all nothing to fault in terms of breakfast.
The same restaurant functions as a a'la carte menu and oh my is the food there amazing. For the last two days I managed to try a few dishes and I can't recommend it enough. The chefs were keen on making little tweaks, swapping certain ingredients to cater for me and the taste, presentation was of top quality. One miniscule point would be to include more of local cuisine on the menu and have local choices for drinks too (but as explained by the staff this is what their guests want).
If you like golf (I don't) this might be a place for you, it is surrounded with golf courses and they are meant to be good.
The pool area is quite small, but not crowded, well laid out, there is a pool bar for lunch and drinks. It's always kept in a pristine condition.

We loved the overall appearance of the hotel and its little luxury touches that make it that extra special.
We stayed at the Royal Level and found the food exceptional as the Royal level buffet and ala carte menu. We went to the Drogo buffet one night, this was standard but still nice.
There was always space to sunbathe in the mornings and lovely waitors to always grant you a speedy drink. And the b lounge in the evening is a nice alternative to the live entertainment in the evenings.
Our room was lovely, with a coffee machine, complimentary welcome bar and cava on arrival. It was my birthday while we were there so were delivered a birthday cake and a bottle of cava during our stay, which was a surprise.
We went for a walk around the coast for something to do, and there are lots of options if you wanted to do tours/ experiences.

If you want to rest and relax this is the place for you.
If you want to rest and relax this is the place for you. There are no nightclubs and not a noisy place. Only thing I would recommend if flying with Ryanair arrive 3 hours prior to flight if you want to get food and make purchases. They only have 3 checkin desks for all flights and they let the nearest flight skip the queue even though they are late. Checkin with luggage takes at least 1.5 hours. Security is quite fast. Sort of long walk to gate and a passport control to get through to our gate after security. Ryanair at fault. Not airport.

We love this resort as it has everything you need and the selection of bars and restaurants is fabulous. San blas square has something for everyone and we particularly enjoyed a lovely meal at Old Fasioned at the top square. The bus links to other resorts was great with nice pathed walkways into Los Abrigos which is a small pleasant fishing village with a great selection of restaurants.

Accommodation was perfect. Very relaxing holiday. Pool was calm and the pool bar was exceptional.
Amazing place if you want a calm holiday. However it took 5 minutes by taxi to get somewhere slightly lively and 15 minutes from Siam Park and Las America.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel Rural San Miguel, enjoying a lot the cosy place composed of several little old buildings around a charming court with flowers and lemon trees. The staff has been very kind. We have especially enjoyed the breakfast. Also the view from the terrasse on the rooftop is amazing : from this high village you can see the South cost of Tenerife and the shape of La Gomera on the background. On top it is super easy to park in the streets next to the hotel.
We stayed at The Club in November and it was simply outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we were highly impressed with the facilities, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness. Big thank you to the lady behind the bar who looked after us very well and even shown us how to make a few cocktails which was fantastic! This has definitely become our go-to accommodation in Tenerife and we can’t wait to return at the end of February.
The house is located in residential area and car is reccomended to visit the beautiful Tenerife.
I loved the beautiful terrace, just over the ocean, the restaurants nearby and the walkpath in both directions.
Communication with serena was easy as well as the check in process.
Best apartment in the whole Amarilla golf
The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need.
Great stay, we would definitely return when in Tenerife.
And they also let us have a fee late check out. Thank you very much :).
A wonderful place to stay in Tenerife. Our host is charming, friendly and welcoming. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with style. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. The location in a quiet neighborhood, near to town and close to walking paths is good.
Barceló Tenerife is a beautiful resort. Big, spacious, clean, a lot of pool options. The hotel has different areas so you can find peaceful spaces and also fun activities. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The kids club and animation team are brilliant.
Beautiful location, friendly staff,
My family and I enjoyed staying at your hotel, we really loved the place and everything around. Thank you very much for hosting us one day. We will come to this hotel next time we come to Tenerife, everything was perfect.
My partner and I have been to tenerife numerous times and this apartment was by far the best one we have stayed in. Everything was clean tidy and the bed! The most comfortable bed I ever slept in!! We will definitely be booking this one again!

Exelent family friendly hotel. Always activities for the kids and the staff in the kids club very good at bonding with kids even though they don’t speak the same language.
Was an Ideal place for our last days stay in Tenerife.
Location has everything around what you need, great personal(staff). Cleanliness, location, service was all great.
