The value for money was really good! the hotel is a bit outside the city centre but the trams are easy enough to navigate (to either the city centre or the beaches in Platja de Sant Joan) and the stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. the area is nice and quiet, but there is a shop nearby for food/snacks. there are other smaller beaches nearby. considering the amount we paid, the hotel room itself was really nice and spacious. the window was slightly below ground due to the mountains but it was private and we still had a decent view. would highly recommend to those travelling on a budget. also - you can walk from the city centre to the hotel, we did it at night and took around 40 minutes but it is along the beach so the views were nice. food at the hotel was nice, we had dinner and breakfast that was reasonably priced, and it was very easy to book.
Wonderful welcome; designated underground parking space although entrance would have been narrow if we had rented a bigger car; lovely apartment- everything we needed. A short walk to bars and restaurants, the supermarket was very handy and just a few minutes walk. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the poor weather. Loved that the area was not a tourist destination-we liked the local feel of the area.

The air conditioning was a joke! We stayed there in mid-July, so the room was hot and stuffy despite the so-called air conditioning being turned on. No use opening the window, either. We were on the second floor, and it was just too noisy.
Conclusion: It was one of our worst nights yet!

Bus c53 to and from el campello beach every hour for €1.50 is great service. If looking for holiday experience it's a bit lacking in San juan and surrounding areas it's mostly Spanish people on holidays and city life but it was nice just not your typical holiday. Good for shopping and beach is lovely. Trip to tabarca island is a must only €28 return and it's a lovely day out. Loads of places to eat and drink on island and can walk right around it and it's just beautiful. Try Restaurante La Perdiz in Salvador Montesinos 21 it's got fantastic food and offers u will not beat anywhere else €11 for 3 course meal with a drink of choice. ( mine was half a bottle of wine ) delightful place and people.

I dont know where i am right now but i live at a street called Calle iris and Thats really a cute area, close to beach . We had awesome tapas at cerveceria Sento and here is a free family park where you pay maximal 2 euros for a ride.

We were weary travellers coming for a good night’s sleep and this was excellent. The staff was really kind and helpful, we could park our van right in front of our room (the hotel is laid out like a motel with doors leading straight out towards the parking lot. The beds were crisp and clean and very comfy and there was even a little balcony. The breakfast was simple but perfectly good to fill us up before driving on further. Thanks very much!

Three stars hotel but very nice. Room clean- nice bed. You have everything what do you need. Bathroom with shower where you can find soup and shampoo :) in room air conditioner - small but working. guy in reception very kind, even if he doesn’t speak English well he tried his best to help and answer for all questions. Under is bus stop if you want go to the beach. Airport 15 min away.
Hotel is located about 5km from the Alicante center easily accessible by the bus that runs every 10min. Located in nice old district that lets you feel a bit more Spanish culture than like in typical holiday resort. Nice breakfast, rooms are ok.
A beautiful and peaceful hotel to visit. The grounds are lovely, with a pool surrounded by palm trees and greenery. The old finca is impressive and it is a good location close to the beach and city. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice small hotel, located at the main street of the local town. Nice atmosphere and good breakfast. Easy access and well connected if you like to go to the beach or the Golf curses.
