We were greeted upon our arrival by friendly staff at the reception and Francisco kindly helped us settle in by briefing us on the amenities and what we can expect from our stay which left a great first impression. The team had kindly left a bottle of Fizz for us and rose petals in our room as we were staying for our honeymoon which was incredibly thoughtful and a lovely touch to our experience. The breakfast buffet options were plentiful and we never had a problem finding a sun lounger. There were plenty of small restaurants directly opposite the hotel and up the hill within a ten minute walk and we found ourselves staying for the hotel evening show every night due to how varied and fun they were. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key holiday stay with enough nearby eating options but easy access to other parts of the island also available through the taxi rank directly outside the hotel.

Pool area was clean, comfortable and very quiet during my stay in Sept.

Very nice house, not wide but with many floors and even a garage. The two terraces allow sitting in the sun or shade throughout the day. Great starting point to go to los Gigantes and other places. The kitchen was very well equipped and had the essentials for cooking (oil, spices etc.).

Natalia who looked after the booking was excellent. We hsd a coupleof minor issues, but these were resolved very quickly and in a friendly manner. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had excellent views.
It was also very close to all restaurants and bars.

Loved it.
Loved it. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loads of little shops full of great souvenirs. People are so friendly and the entire area is super clean. It is just a great place to visit and we go back every year.

Puerto de Santiago has the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement. It offers a clean, well maintained town with fabulous facilities and beaches. There are plenty of lovely restaurants serving local dishes and international restaurants.
Close to volcano Teide for a day trip. A great bus service on offer. The weather was perfect, we had sunshine every day of our stay. Our next stop was Playa de las Americas - avoid at all costs, dirty, unkempt and crowded.

Initial door entry was problematic as the key to the security door was inside the apartment and we had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in. The doors to the balcony opened but would not shut and although this was reported and an assurance given that the matter would be attended to, nothing happened. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed the holiday, although the resort was quite hilly, which made it difficult to get around and down to the beach area.

Compared to big resorts Puerto de Santiago was a quiet town perfect for resting and escaping from hustle and bustle. There were some buses to use nevertheless a car was a great option to move around the island from Puerto de Santiago. The beach was rather small with black sand.

Rooms were spacious, with comfy beds and beautiful views from the balcony.
All in all I felt I was getting much more in value than what I paid. Would definitely come back.
Great location in Tenerife and we were able to go on several excursions to different parts of the island l, and get picked up at a local bus stop.

excellent staff, super friendly and helpful, and a wonderful pool that we all loved. whole hotel was spottlessly clean and we had a room overlooking the sea and gigantes rocks which was lovely. there was wine in our room when we arrived and water in the fridge - as well as all the things you would need in a self catered apartment. I really would recommend this hotel as it’s excellent for the price and in a lovely part of Tenerife.
For the kids best place activities all day. Landi is great. They lady Gaia big ups and all kids entertainment team i was impressed. Pool was great all day all night during feb fanzastic weather. Good hotel for families, clean always clean towels and rooms , staff are friendly. Great to get taxi fast, all good connection.
