Very well organised resort. Fantastic facilities, great food, Extremely well kept. Located close to a great beach/village.

The food was great, close to the beach, the elevator to the beach, sunbeds were enough for everyone (however, lots of people keeps reserving them with towels, which I personally hate to do), the room and the territory was very clean, the staff was helpful and smiley, the lobby first impression was stunning.
This aparthotel offers Atlantic Ocean views from its position above Tenerife’s Playa de la Arena. With an outdoor pool, it is a 5-minute drive from Los Gigantes Harbour and Cliffs.

The place was very nice and clean, was happy with the amount of appliances we had, had a cooker and pans so made things much easier. Got the sea view option which was insanely beautiful. Comfortable beds and staff were beyond helpful and friendly
Vigilia Park is set in Tenerife’s Puerto Santiago Center, right on the main road, and features a gym, hot tub and outdoor pools. The rooftop pool and bar offer wonderful views of views of La Gomera.

It was a lovely spacious relaxing home with plenty of shady and sunny areas outside. The pool was lovely - and very warm when heated. We had a very lovely stay and hope to return.

Very nice house, not wide but with many floors and even a garage. The two terraces allow sitting in the sun or shade throughout the day. Great starting point to go to los Gigantes and other places. The kitchen was very well equipped and had the essentials for cooking (oil, spices etc.).

Hotel Blue Sea Lagos de Cesar enjoys a fantastic location only 400 metres from Tenerife's Black Sand Beach, and near the Los Gigantes cliffs. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and free WiFi.

Initial door entry was problematic as the key to the security door was inside the apartment and we had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in. The doors to the balcony opened but would not shut and although this was reported and an assurance given that the matter would be attended to, nothing happened. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed the holiday, although the resort was quite hilly, which made it difficult to get around and down to the beach area.

Compared to big resorts Puerto de Santiago was a quiet town perfect for resting and escaping from hustle and bustle. There were some buses to use nevertheless a car was a great option to move around the island from Puerto de Santiago. The beach was rather small with black sand.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The pictures on line make it look far nicer then it is. Our balcony looked straight across the street into a residential building. The street was very loud. It is located at the end of a shopping strip. The location is far from beach and tourist spots.
I booked it on a 4 star rating but later found it is rated as 2 star.

Very nice place with stunning views but a lot of hills and a lack of artificial beaches. I prefer natural shore though but generally playa La Arena was the only choice in terms of beach time. Nice place to stay for 2 days and move somewhere else. There is almost nothing to do in the evening apart from a couple of bars. But I have to say during my 2 week stay in the winter, the weather was the best in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes area. Keep that in mind. Its also a good starting point to see Teide, Masca and Puerto de la Cruz but very far away from Santa Cruz. Next time I will 100% choose Santa Cruz instead of any Tenerife Sur town. Just too many tourists everywhere. Santa Cruz is different.
On the other hand nearby Los Gigantes offers many nice cruises, kayaks, e-bikes, trekking routes etc. So for more active people imo its a good place to be.

are great, we did a day trip on the bus to Puerto de La Cruz just under 2 hours each way but well worth it, found a nice fish restaurant in Alcala in a great holiday.

A lovely small place with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Probably not for younger holiday makers who may prefer a more lively resort. But if you like a nice relaxing holiday with a good selection of nice bars and places to eat then this is lovely. You must be reasonably fit as the road and paved areas are quite hilly. There are some nice walks to local villages and beaches if you like to walk a bit rather than just sun lounge all day. Lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was very, very helpful (I'd like to mention Andreea who gave us all required information to enjoy our stay in Puerto de Santiago...... Congratulations Andreea for your professionalism!). The breakfast was exceptional and I would like to mention the professional serving and menu diversity. In the mean time I would like to congratulate Anca for her professional approach.
I will recommend with pleasure this hotel to my friends and to my family .
I consider my stay at this hotel to be very successful. the hotel is really very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Tasty meals and a large selection. The swimming pool was very clean and well-kept. The room windows offer a beautiful view of the island of La Gomera and the ocean, peace and quiet at night. You can really rest and regain strength. The facility has many amenities. The location is very good. I definitely recommend it for a holiday.
Was worried about the food due to previous reviews but I found the food to be totally exceptable given the price paid. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean. Our room was great ( we paid extra €10 per night for sea view which was worth every cent!) All inclusive drinks were great and the use of Eco cups ( deposit of €1) was a brilliant idea as not only was it helping the environment but avoided overflowing glasses around the pool.
If you are looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay with family in Tenerife, this is the place for you! Location - very good, even if you don’t rent a car, beautiful places, different kind of beaches, natural swimming pools are reachable by short walks. But if you are lazy going to the beach, you can relax in 3 different kinds of pools, which are outside your balcony 🙂
Brilliant location, very close to several landmarks that are a must to visit in Tenerife, right next to Los Gigantes, close to Masca and an hour by car to Teide. Great pools, great food, nice staff and it's right next to the beach of Playa de la Arena with black sand. A great value for money option for those who are seeking a good all inclusive stay.
We really enjoyed this cozy apartment. It has stunning views and a very convenient location. I was also surprised that we did not have problems finding free parking nearby since there were plenty of spaces around the property and next to the beach, which is usually a huge problem in Tenerife.
It was the best apartment I have ever rented. A huge terrace, cozy and well-designed apartment with all necessities, amazing view (sunsets!!!), all attractions nearby as well as a diversity of restaurants and shops, nice swimming pool, and last but not least - the host is amazing!
We love the facilities, swimming pools, entertainment and the apartment itself was a good size with lovely views in a great location.
The food at the restaurant was good quality, best coffee I had in a hotel/apartment, lovely waiters/waitresses and good selection of food.
Comfortable place in very nice location in the city and overall it is great location on Tenerife.
It is clean and fresh apartment with access to pool. Internet connection was great, all facilities were on place also basic stock was already in the kitchen.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the owners were amazing. Balcony in the sea view 🌅. The owners went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Puerto de Santiago.🙏 Thank you ❤️
Well-located, super clean, great activities, and amazing staff. You’re sure to have a good time no matter what type of things you like. Breakfast is great and healthy every morning! Highly recommend Arena Nest for anyone visiting Puerto de Santiago
had never stayed in this part of Tenerife. Were surprised by the beatiful nature, Promemade near the ocean. calm, small-town atmosphere. the apartment was clean, comfortable. restaurants, pool, ocean in several minutes walk distance.
This hotel was clean and try and be as eco friendly as possible. The staff were lovely and CoCo and his entertainment were great. Food was good but very samey, I’ve definitely had worse but I had had enough but the end of the week.
The apartment had the most amasing view I have ever seen in my life. It was comfy with some pre-organised suprises like fruit bowl and bottled water. Highly recommended to everyone visiting los gigantes region in Tenerife.
Good heated swimming pool, big terrace. Hotel in good location. Lidl and other shopping markets very close. For us was very good to have 2 bathrooms in the family apartment9.
This is the best hostel in Tenerife. Firstly, the breakfast here is excellent, secondly, the hostel is the people who work here. During my stay I met wonderful people here.
An amazing, new hotel with the most amazing staff I've ever met 😀. Everything so pretty. And you can see the amazing Tenerife's sunsets straight from the hotel.
