The apartment had a very generous balcony and great view over the bay of Portinatx and the apartment development was a matter of steps to the waterfront with a couple of choices of beaches and a promenade with tasteful bar/restaurants. Choice of supermarkets not far. The apartment on the whole was clean and spacious. Staff answered any texts promptly.

Lovely small resort village in the northest part of Ibiza, nice choice for people our aged (30+). We found surprisingly good and hip restaurants such as Rebrots and Los Enamorados. Traditional italian restaurant Can Amuri by the beach was also nice. We rented a scooter to get to beautiful nearby beaches such as Cala Xarraca and Cala d’en Serra with an interesting unfinished hotel’s remains full of street art.

Everything outside of the hotel minutes away, perfect for slow walkers or those who can’t walk far. All on doorstep but hotel has everything anyway. Great beach, not too many hiking options apart from the lighthouse but if you really just want peace, read a couple of books and chill Portinaxt is the resort to go.

Fairly quiet and not too commercialised. Charges for beach loungers and umbrellas expensive. Safe swimming areas and clean water. Not over run with bars and restaurants…big plus.
Easy quick run to airport .
Beach needed cleaning more regularly.
There always seemed to be loud music somewhere,about time they stopped this as it’s not required and they also should ban smoking as it’s so anti social these days and should not be tolerated.

Portinatx is a lovely quiet town with really nice restaurants, bars and beaches. Plenty of variety for eating and drinking. Good shops for groceries. Beautiful views.
We were a group of 6, 3 couples and it was a perfect location for us. Buses to the clubs were cheap and easy, taxis back were also easy and not too pricey.

Great location with beach and beautiful sea on doorstep. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Very clean and modern with plenty of facilities. It was relaxing and offered more than expected.
Breakfast was fantastic and catered to everyone. Although some of the dinners on offer were not always to our palates.

nice private beach, transparent water and nice reef, better than the other beaches i visited in Ibiza. ideal for family, mini club and activities for children. Buffet for breakfast very good and a lot of choice, dinner buffet can be improved, I would have expected more local/spanish food.
Location to beach ( best one in portinatx ), styling and decor of hotel public areas and rooms. Nice vibe, fantastic animation team led by Juan, just enough day time activities, not pushy and very inclusive. Excellent evening entertainment. Portinatx is very small, having everything at the hotel was perfect for a 5 night stay to just relax. Good pool area with enough beds for all guests. Spa also available. Foid good standard and plentiful. Good covid protection in place. Really helpful staff. Very close to the beach.

The beach near the hotel, Cala Portinatx, is really nice. Turquoise water.
You will also find nice restaurants near the hotel in case you want to have lunch/dinner somewhere else. I personally recommend the restaurant Rebrots that is across the beach.
Free parking options are always available near the hotel.
Amazing location! The hotel is right infront of one of the most beautiful beach full of fishes and the view from the balcony is amazing. Room was large and comfortable. The cleaning was done everyday perfectly. The restaurant of the hotel is very nice as well, we had a delicious dinner. Breakfast is nice at the terrace with see view and the stuff is very friendly. Portinaxt is the more quite town of Ibiza with amazing beaches. I would definitely like to come back!
The apartments are really central in Portinatx with an amazing view from the balconies. The apartment itsself is quite basic but has everything you need. The staff were all really friendly and service was great.. food was also great! Nice little shower room available too if you've already checked out earlier in the day. We probably missed having a pool but besides that we would stay again, you have two lovely beaches either side to sunbathe on :)

The customer service of the apartments is excellent.
They fixed some pricing error from booking's side, and
they were super responsive and helpful at all times. On top of that, they were kind enough to adapt a bit my checkout time so I could leave a bit later.
Also, it's very easy to park if you come by car, and you can reach Portinatx's beach in 5 min on foot.
Everything was GREAT. Ruben was the best ! He make us feel so comfortable, helped us with everything and we really enjoyed our days there. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner . Our room was fantastic , great view, very clean and with a lot of space. All the areas of the hotel were clean. This should be a 5 star hotel!!!
We had a wonderful stay here in Portinatx! The apartment was lovely and spacious, kitchen was well-equipped, a large balcony, and in a great location close to the beach. The pool was also a highlight. The place was also very peaceful.

All rooms have a view on the small, natural harbour of Portinatx. Apartments are quite big and the location is very quiet. Perfect for relax. Mamadou, the manager, is the real plus of this place. Very nice, always available, he put a smile on your face we you meet him.
