Food was overall good at the buffet, fruit was however poor quality.
Kids area and entertainment were good too.
It would have been great if the kids toilet was open at all times, not only a couple of hours during kids club. Esp. With main pool toilets not being the cleanest.
The free shuttle to the beach was good and reliable. We enjoyed Maspalomas beach, but the ocean is too rough with young kids. Sun longer etc are cheap there.
The free pool towel service was good, however it opened too late at 10am! It also needs better monitoring of the dreadful ‘place towel and disappear for hours’ practice most people were adopting as loungers weren’t enough in the main pools. If you are travelling with kids, place yourself in the gated kids section which was amazing to have.

We could go to different centres every evening and visit different restaurants and bars. We are a family who love mini golf and we could play 5 different courses in the resort. Beach is clean with good facilities. Plenty of bus stops to get around the island. Also plenty of trip organisers if you wanted something extra.

Great beach, fantastic waves - you can even boogie board!
Great beach, fantastic waves - you can even boogie board! The water isn't too cold and it never felt too crowded. Each time we came, even during busy times, we got lounge chairs and an umbrella without any issues. The food is really good as well and not expensive. It can get hot so bring a cooler and lots of drinks.

Nice place with many restaurants and shops.
Nice place with many restaurants and shops. Nice beach with fine sand, clean water with medium waves but mostly overcrowded. Nice views and pleasure at the dunes. The people in the shops, restaurants and tourist places are polite and friendly. But the ordinary Spanish people are unfriendly. Maybe it is because of the overturism but they enjoy every possibility to make inconveniences to you. E.g. when you wait for free parking place they quickly come in front of you and block you and curse. When they see rented car they enjoy intimidating dangerous way of driving. They damage the sand castle that your child has made in front of him, etc. If these small displays of hate bother you, plan your holiday elsewhere.

It’s a good place to come to eat and drink.
It’s a good place to come to eat and drink. Lots of bars and restaurants. There’s not a lot of international culture here, but there is cuisine from all over the world. Vegetarian and vegan options might be limited in many restaurants so you’d need to do your research to find some variety.
The entertainment is very language based with many bars catering to clientele from specific areas of Europe.

Beautiful property very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and inviting couldn’t do enough for you. We were all inclusive and Food was great different choice every day and plenty of everything. Was with too adult teenagers and they always found plenty to eat, they made great use of the gym. Plenty of sun beds around the three pools we had two ground floor apartments next to the pool they were very spacious and had everything we needed. Could not fault this hotel one of the best we have ever been too will definitely return
I like all aspects of this hotel It is exceptionally comfortable with good beds and an excellent breakfast awaiting guests each morning. The front of house staff at reception, breakfast staff and all other departments are always cheerful, happy and welcome guest with a happy disposition. The location is great and only few minutes walk to the Yumbo centre. I have stayed here previously for me this is my no 1 favourite hotel here in Playa del Ingles. Well done all at the Neptuno. See you again very soon.
Cosy, small hotel in a nest of giant hotel enterprises - great alternative for anyone seeking a bit more privacy and less people around. Supermarket and a small centre with bars is literally across the street. Bus-stops are nearby as well. Playa del Ingles beach is 10 minutes by foot.
Pool and surrounding area was excellent. Location of the hotel is in the very centre of the Playa del Ingles. The room was modern and bright, quite spacious, well equipped with a great west facing balcony getting afternoon and evening sun. TV has BBC and ITV channels.
