Booked this as a cheap option for an overnight stay as we arrived on a very late flight. We were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and modern, hotel was of a high standard generally, parking was convenient, staff helpful and breakfast buffet amazing. Best value for money I've had in years.

Loved every minute of it,me and my husband just checked out of the hotel.We have a such a great time.When we arrived they upgrade us with a deluxe room with a sea view which amazing 🤩,the service was extraordinary,staff is constantly trying to satisfy everyone’s needs.The hotel in general is well located 3 minutes walk from the beach.The room have been cleaned up every single day also we had paid for half board meals which means the breakfast and dinner was delicious 😋, great variety food, fresh and healthy. Would like to thanks for everything to all staff especially to JUSTIN he is an amazing administrator receptionist ready to resolve any inconvenience, we had problems with the air conditioner and he didn’t hesitate to swap with different room . Only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport make this is a very convenient place to stay. Negresco is one of the smaller hotels on the Playa and that is entirely in its favour. The staff are wonderfully attentive and none of the facilities are overcrowded - it has the feeling of a very exclusive club hotel. The hotel has a mainly German clientele but that makes it even nicer - it has a true international feeling. The rooms are very well appointed and the buffet at breakfast and dinner is plentiful and varied. There is a wide selection of higher end bars and restaurants in the area and visits into Palma are made very easy by the No.25 bus which stops virtually outside the hotel and gets into the city within 20 mins for just 2€. Wonderful - we will be returning.

Playa de Palma is a clean but very busy resort. Majority of fellow tourists were German and lots of cycling groups. Many bars and restaurants as well as souvenir shops. Probably not a honeymoon choice but great for a good value break.

Palma de Mallorca is beautiful. It was at the very end of October - beginning of November. I didn't know before that November is the dead season in Mallorca. But there is a special beauty in deserted beaches, a quiet embankment. Still warm. The water is also good. But the wind, the sea is rough, hotels and restaurants are closed for this month. I want to come back again. The aftertaste is great.

Well organised and clean front and beach. Shops are fit for purpose and offer a ranch of things from needy kit to cheerful crap. Plenty of drinking holes and many very focussed on German visitors who can give as much and dress as badly as most Brits in football shirts. Food is wide ranging and not overly priced but quality doubtful. I liked the effort which goes on to make the beach front and beach free from litter and the rat and tat sellers. They were there lurking about the side streets but not pestering you. On this occasion I did not find myself smelling drugs which was a pleasant experience.
All the staff are very welcoming, Paola from reception gave us loads of choices for tours and she helped us book them. The location is amazing, lots of restaurant nearby and not too crowded at night. Love how close it is to the beach and lots of things to do nearby. Very accessible if you want to go to Palma centre by bus and walking distance to the aquarium. It us definitely the little germany of Palma! haha lots of germans staying here and everyone is so friendly. We loved it so much, we’re already planning to visit again next year!!
This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and has a great cuisine. It's located near to center of Palma - around 20 min by bus. Small pool with sunbeds that were always free when we needed it. It's really close to the beach. If you like nightlife a 10 minute walk in the eastern direction will take you to a place filled with pubs and restaurants.
On top of everything hotel staff made our stay very special decorating the room for our wedding anniversary.
The variety of options at the breakfast buffet, coupled with cheerful and attentive staff (Manuel & team) at breakfast. Swimming pool and the Bar staff (Francesco) were always very kind, cheerful and helpful. The swimming pool area is nice with plenty of sun during the day and comfortable chairs.
The air-condition in the room was great.
It is also only 5 min walk to the Playa de palma strand. Also good street parking space for those who rent a car.
I first booked tent playa Palma but because of a problem with the airconditioning they moved me to tent Capi. The service was really great, they were very nice and thoughtful. They paid my taxi to the other hotel and because I’m pregnant I had to go back 2 days earlier then planned and they re-found me those 2 days. Tent capi is very close to the beach. I definitely loved it and highly recommend it.
The hotel was a very easy bus ride from the airport. It is also right on the beach so you can choose pool or beach. They kept extra beach umbrellas by the pool so we could use them on the beach. The kid room was really nice to have a drink poolside but it is not possible to leave the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby for food.
the location was good, close to airport and on the beach, Palma is a short 20 minutes drive, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, the Palma Aquarium is a 5 min walk it is a very nice Aquarium with lots to do.

We weren't looking for a luxury hotel or anything and we wanted something close to the beach. The hotel is just "okay". The rooms are minimal. You are a 3 minute walk from the beach and they have bikes on-site which is nice. Front desk can get you a cab very quickly (even for a super early flight). It's just a basic, 3-star hotel experience.
It's nice and clean, breakfast had a good selection. Close to the beach. Nothing special but a good choice if you want to stay in this area of Playa de Palma (which I do not necesarily recommend - the rest of Mallorca is much more pleasant unless you are looking for loud parties to german music)

This is a nice mid range hotel for a stay near Palma, Majorca. It is in a quieter/nicer part of the beach but with lots going on and things to do. Easy access to Palma via a bus just outside the hotel, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
