The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. You need a sun umbrella for the beach - it is given, is raining, maybe you need an umbrella? and etc
The rooms are clean, there is shower gel and shampoo. Kettle, tea, coffee in packs.
Beach towels can be purchased at the reception, a deposit of 10 euros/unit, if you want to change to a clean one, 1 euro.
If you need slippers for room, they can be purchased at the reception for 2 euros/pair.
For those who like to eat well, you will definitely find something to choose from for dinner, from burgers, seafood, steaks, etc.
Breakfast is not as impressive as dinner, always the same, but there is definitely something to choose from.
There is also a drinks package for an additional fee (because drinks are not included in the dinner).
We were very impressed with the work and professionalism of the hotel manager L. Riera. I think she contributes a lot to such a good aura of the hotel that you want to come back again.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea, 4 minutes from the train station with which you can reach Barcelona (trains run approximately every 30 minutes, the price for an adult one way is about 6 euros).
Bus 603 runs from Barcelona Airport to Pineda de Mar (cost about 11 euros per person), about 1 hour

The hotel is right in front of the sea, so if you have a sea view room it is just amazing.

Lovely place for a family with kids.
Lovely place for a family with kids. The entertainment was amazing - young people who were giving everything to please the little ones. Every dayand every night different entertainment for adults after kids karaoke and kids disco.
The pools were also incredible for kids with the water slides at the back. The only thing was that the sunbeds were not enough for all the guests and they were queueing .
The bars outside were amazing - the staff was incredible.

A nice little town.
A nice little town. The beach is made up of very coarse sand and the sea level drops quickly. Not ideal for little ones. It is easy to get around on foot and there is a tourist train. There are some nice shops. We only ate out once, that was at Nicky’s which was good in the whole.

Fabulous breakfast, fantastic waterpark for kids, great buffet meals and wonderful restaurant staff. Lovely rooms, unfortunately poor front counter service, other noisy guests and smoking at the property made it uncomfortable.

Pineda de Mar is not a pretty town.
Pineda de Mar is not a pretty town. There are a few large hotels and the rest is very low key and run down. However it is very easy to get to from Barcelona which is where we flew into and also spent time. The train is easy and regular. We also got a train to Girona and Figueres one day which was easy, but more expensive that we anticipated as the train to Barcelona is quite cheap. Whilst the train is easy, it is also a bit on a eye sore as it runs directly next to the beach. It did mean that you got to see all the town up to Pineda de Mar and I would not have recommended any of those either. There are not many tours or day trips running out of Pineda de Mar as I would have liked to explore the coast further north, however I believe this coast is harder to get to from Barcelona so Pineda de Mar suited us for this reason. There are several beach bars along the beach and we particularly liked Tiare where we had delicious tapas and good priced drinks.

Small Village where there are a lot of supermarkets and beach clubs. The sand of the beach isn't good and t'he water is col. I don't recommended this beach furthemore itsn't safe to babies fue to the waves and rocks.
Very helpful, friendly staff. 7 to 8 minute walk to the beach and main shops. Quiet location. Clean rooms with good facilities. WiFi good. Pool area was lovely with sun loungers and a seating area which had shade too. No keys to worry about as they use key codes to get in which is great. Lots of restaurants nearby. There's a land train to the next town which had a large shopping area, or about 20 min walk.
We had a car so also enjoyed visiting Girona, Blanes and other nearby towns and areas. You can get the train easily to Barcelona too.

It is a new hotel with classy furniture. The room had a huge TV , comfy bed, superior linen and a huge shower with strong water pressure. The dinner buffet was amazing and so was the breakfast buffet.
