The room was a good size with a comfy double bed, and location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but there was a restaurant on site plus under ground parking, which was a bonus to us for our motor bikes.

We stayed smack dab in the center of town.
We stayed smack dab in the center of town. The view from our balcony was of the bull run extravaganza. Perfect. The beds comfortable, bathroom nice with shower, the space was huge. Parking was down the street not too far but a street long walk costing 14 euro for the day and night. We ate a true Spanish dinner down the street. Took bull pictures in the store next store to our #13.
Did not know that you couldn’t drive to the hotel as our GPS guided us however, our host made a reservation for us to park there for 1/2 hour that was nice.
Walked to citadel and gardens a must see.

I was overwhelmed with the beauty and history of this city. I also have great memories of the people I interacted with; everyone was very kind and helpful. It is a city that is easy to get around in with seemingly no end to incredible history. I hope to return to Pamplona.

Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains.
Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. The city is full of history and was the capital of the kingdom of Navarre up until 1512. The city walls have survived on three sides and the fortress to the south of the city is one of the most impressive 16th century fortifications in Europe. The cathedral is also lovely. The old city is not very extensive and is easy to explore on foot but the streets are narrow and it would be challenging with a car although the hotel did have its own car park. We had two days in Pamplona and would have liked to stay for a third as we had to leave before we had seen all that we wanted to see.

It’s a small city.
It’s a small city. We stayed one day and saw the main points. I recommend visiting the cathedral. They charge a fee but you can visit the church, the museum and the atrium.
We also walked around the city walls . It was interesting.
Eat at cafe Iruña, from 1888.We had a great meal.
Lovely well-appointed room with very comfortable beds and every facility you need, including a Nespresso machine and mini-bar ... and proper glasses (not the plastic or cardboard throw-away types like in some other hotel chains). Well located - 20 minutes walk to old town; there are also many restaurants and bars nearby, including the hotel's own café/bar. Convenient underground parking at the hotel. Didn't have breakfast there this time but last time, in 2022, the breakfast was superb.
This is exactly type of hotel that we love. It is located in the heart of old town - close to all places we wanted to visit. It is modern and very fresh interior - everything functions so well. We got also such great beds (we took a double room with 2 beds) - super size and comfortable. It is also quite to sleep. Nice, quick check-in, good breakfast. Even the solution for car parking is a really good one considering that you live in the old town. Really recommend this hotel.
Excellent hotel. I guess it was off season so I got excellent value for money. It's up to the high standard advertised.
The bar/restaurant on the ground floor is very nice, and I didn't hear any noise from there in my 1st floor room, or any smells.
Staff at the reception was so friendly and welcoming.
It's not in the old town streets but very close to walk there (so no noise from bars etc).
The Hotel is in a fantastically convenient location for visiting Pamplona Old Town and is surrounded by the town gardens and places of interest. It is quite a landmark. The room was spotless, beautifully and brightly decorated. The bed was particularly comfortable. Big picture window. Spacious. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
The hotel was perfectly positioned for us, just outside the old town. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower room. We were on the 5th floor and there was a little kitchenette with a kettle, fridge tea and coffee etc which was great and unexpected. This was for all the rooms on the floor to use. This was a great idea.
Despite the fact, that the hotel is not located in the very center, it is quite close, you can get to the Old town by foot in approx 20-30 minutes or by bus. Anything you might need located nearby - minimarket, restaurants, fitness centre. The hotel itself is very tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff, nice clean comfortable room. We used the hostel as a stopover whilst travelling through Spain & France with our children. Did it’s job for our 1 night stay. Easy to find, even the dog was welcome. Close to places to eat.
The hotel was recently refurbished, clean, & comfortable. Staff were kind. 15 min walk to the university, 20 mins to old town. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel, ever. Thank you for being a great base to explore your city!
Location, beautiful views from the room!
We did not try it but the hotel restaurant's menu looked very good!
Friendly staff
Parking service which is very important if you're going to stay in Pamplona's city center travelling by car.
Accommodation was in a great location, close to the bus station and the old town, bars/restaurants and the park/gardens. Also right on the Camino path. Good breakfast and very good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly.
Perfect location in the heart of the 'old town', interior room was quiet, hotel staff helpful, bed comfortable. Nicely decorated, hotel connected to a restaurant. Although in the old town, the taxi could drive to the hotel.
Location is superb. 100%. Hotel parking is absolute covenient and close to the hotel.Very stylish with upperclass restaurant. Great ambience.
The receptionists were much friendlier than anywhere else in Spain.
This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed in during our week in Rioja region. Very close to the old town and close to the cathedral and city walls. Staff were very helpful and the room was excellent.
Very spacious with two bathrooms. Has a washer and a clothesline. Very convenient to the Old Town and is a nice neighborhood with easy, convenient parking.
