The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the centre yet quiet and a peaceful, chilled vibe. The rooftop area and pool (which is perfect to cool off in) is amazing with great 360 views, including the Alhambra/Sacramonte. The room is a lovely design, super comfy bed and very clean. The staff were great, and the rooms were clean and restful.
The town was closed! We went out of season in mid November but only found one restaurant to eat at in the evening and almost no other bars for evening entertainment. Used Otura as a base to travel to Galera, Sierra Nevada, Grenada and Nerja.
Very friendly staff. I had a problem with the WiFi and room heating and the staff swiftly moved me to another room, which I appreciated very much.
It is a good modern Hotel/Restaurant of high standards.
Good area if you have a car to move around. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, we stayed for 5 nights to visit the surroundings.
