Everything about our stay was excellent from check-in to departure. The food was superb, the room wonderful and all staff friendly and incredibly helpful. There was also no extra charge for us leaving our car in the parking slot until 4.00pm because of a change in our ferry times. We're booking up again for a return visit in September. Thanks for a super stay.

Lovely family run hotel and very friendly. Rooms and decor are of the highest quality. Set in a rural location close to motorway for onward travel and Bilbao Ferry. Food is excellent. No shops etc but stunning location.

Very nice hotel, the room was beyond my expectations. I stayed in the suite room with my girlfriend and it was very comfortable, a nice room with a spa and a fireplace, with a Smart TV and a large shower within. From the staff to the rooms, the hotel was perfect. If you want to get away to a quiet and relaxing place, this is one of the greatest near Bilbao. Breakfast was pretty great with a lot of variety, fruits, orange juice, local bakery, french toasts...
