Very friendly staff at the reception, the room was actually a big appartement including the kitchen, bathroom, everything was clean and the appartement cleaned daily. There was a balcony facing the sea and the city beach as well as the downtown just some steps away (a perfect location). The buffet breakfast was also good.

The stuff was very very nice and helpfull. We did not resrve a car at LA PALMA. So the lady of the stuff spoke for an hour with car rental companyes , invited a taxi for us, came with us to the texi driver. even it was busy hour at the hotel thanks a lot. You heled us a lot.

The apartment was clean, very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Its location is great for visiting the town – just 5 mins walk from the main museum, the boat museum and the nearest bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is a lift. Nice View to the north. Parking was easy, but could be a problem if arriving before 2pm. We parked at the Barriada de Los Pescadores, but there are 2 additional car parks farther up the Avienda Las Nieves (LP101). Don't try to park on (or drive along) the Casa Antonio Rodríguez López.

This apartment is amazing! It is even nicer than what is indicated by the images and the view is spectacular showing the beach and old town of Santa Cruz. It has a spacious terrace where you can sunbath and watch the sunrise during breakfast!
It is very close to the center of Santa Cruz with just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, food market and a supermarket. We were three people and it felt spacious. It is also very quiet except for the waves from the ocean.
The bathroom and kitchen felt modern and the whole apartment felt bright and relaxing. There is also a washing machine on the roof but we did not use it.
We will definitely try and come back to this beautiful city and apartment. The host is very friendly and happy to assist you. If I had the money and opportunity it would certainly like to own this apartment! This is how much we enjoyed staying here :)

- Amazing view of the ocean and town roofs from the kitchen/living room windows. If it is not enough, then from the roof terrace it is even better. You could do a bit of stargazing. Theoretically terrace is shared, but there are just 2 or 3 apartments in the building, so it could be considered as almost private.
- Kitchen is very well equipped.
- Big supermarket is just 10 min away.
- Our host Mona was very nice and friendly.

Nice and spacious appartment situated close to the port.
To get to the upper part of the city where the appartment is situated you can walk up some stairs or you can take for free the Ascensor de la Luz (but it only works at specific hours). For us it was no problem, but it can be more difficult if you have big luggage.
Check-in was easy, good communication with the owner.
Washing machine was useful for us and worked well.
