Very friendly staff, ready to help with anything. They helped me with planning a hiking route, providing several options with valuable descriptions so I could make a good choice. By the way, I recommend going to El Prat de Cadí for lightweight hiking; the views are stunning, and it's about 40 minutes away from the hotel. Also, they have nice spa services. I especially enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of the mountains.
