The host was amazing. Couldn't be more helpful. Let me put my motorbike in his garage. I had an evening meal there which was delicious and breakfast in the morning which again was lovely. Very clean, great bed and brilliant shower.
It's beautiful village, surrounding by mountains. We didnt realize that the village has old and important histories for the surrounding. It has an oldest university and very beautiful in Basque Country.

On the town itself, I did not find all that much to see.
On the town itself, I did not find all that much to see. Besides the old university building and the town square, I found some old facades on the streets off the main square.
The surroundings are the reason I will be back - the hills and the wooded areas are really nice.
We totally loved our stay at Goiko-Benta!
The family that runs the hotel is very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were very pretty, clean, cosy and quiet.
Also did we enjoy the tiny village, because we love to hike and there are a lot of possibilities for this!
For dinner, we stayed at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was so tasty! Next to that are there a lot of options for people who have a gluten intolerance like me :-)
Small hotel in a pretty old building. The building has a pleasant atmosphere and has been beautifully redecorated as a hotel. The rooms are large but cosy and rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel has a restaurant where we had dinner which we can totally recommend. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional in choice.
Fantastic looking hotel with amazing bar /restaurant attached, free parking straight outside, 4 motorcycles, lady on reception very friendly as were all the staff we met, we ate outside in the restaurant, food was excellent, First stop after getting of the ferry at Santander, would stay again. Breakfast in the bar was good.
Lovely restored tower in a nice setting, beautiful view from bedroom window, nice decor, comfortable bed. Good car park at the top of the narrow winding road leading to the hotel - fortunately there is a traffic light system. Quiet location, yet only a 5 minute walk from the old town of Onati. Good value for money.
Hotel is pretty okey. There are great views on the mountains and the neighborhood is really beautiful and calm. We stopped there on our way to south Spain for just one night. Rooms are spacious and bed is really big and comfy.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful surrounding and is proposing everything that we were asking for. The beds were really comfortable and it was quiet to sleep. They have really friendly staff.
Nicely renovated historical building converted into a modern hotel.
Spacious airconditioned room, with a comfortable bed.
Tasty breakfast with fresh and good quality ingredients.
The rooms are great with superb views from the hotel. Coffee on the terrace in front of the hotel is a joy with such a backdrop. Garage storage was made available for our ebikes.
It is located in a beautiful town , good location, very clean and big room, the staff is very nice , breakfast was super tasty
We easily found a parking not far from the hotel
Very nice hotel, great design and very comfortable. Located in a beautiful area, near a lot of trails. The front desk was very helpful and had many maps and suggestions.
