Magnificent dining room with excellent service and lovely buffet style and cooked breakfast available. The hotel exudes a sense of quiet permanence and history. Absolutely lovely. Clean, smart and spacious room. One would think from the outside that it may be a bit below par, but quite the reverse. Lovely modern room, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, made this a pleasant stay. A bit of a walk into Avila, but nice enough, and not taxing. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity made for easy shopping. Couldn't fault it. If you get a front facing room, look out for the sunrise on the mountain, awesome!

Only 4 minutes' walk from Ávila Cathedral, Hotel Las Leyendas is set in the old town. It is a charming and sympathetically converted manor house that dates back to the 16th century.

Amazing location. A little difficult to find as had to go through a small archway which had a no entry sign and words in Spanish which I could not easily translate as it was dark . Luckily there was a policeman nearby and I asked him. Beautifully presented inside. Room large and comfortable. Bathroom large and well equipped. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
