Where to begin? From the moment we arrived, our experience at Finca Serena was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff were just wonderful and balanced professionalism with friendliness easily. Our room was spectacular, with plenty of space and stunning decor. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was beautiful. Very clever to change the menu each evening so you can eat there again without struggling to find new menu items. We slept perfectly, ate well, and were sad to leave after 2 nights. We feel like we have found a very special retreat that we already cannot wait to return to. It’s also worth noting we are a married gay couple and at no point were we made to feel other during our stay. This is sadly not always the case so credit again to this hotel. Also: the hotel operate a scheme where through donations they offer job opportunities to people who would otherwise not be working (in this case a fabulous cleaner) which is a beautiful thing to do. To summarise: we LOVE this hotel!

Beautiful property, completely unique. Really old building which lends great character. The rooms are in keeping with the building. Really quiet, barely saw anyone the whole time we were there. Pool and pool area are amazing! Staff on site in the morning otherwise didn’t see them. Had a fabulous stay. Felt almost like a private villa. Perfect for a complete refresh. Breakfast was good. No shop in walking distance so make sure you have any drinks/food with you. There is a small fridge in each room.

The ambiance was charming, with the scent of flowers in the air and grazing sheep adding a quaint touch. The large outdoor pool had stunning views.
