The receptionist is incredibly friendly. I stayed with my friend, we didn't know any Spanish, he didn't know any English but he tried his best to help us. It is a little bit far from the city centre, and local people don't know where the bus station is in the centre. The room was clean. They have free coffee. We love it here.

nothing , fridge didn’t work , air con didn’t work , and the cleaning staff started from 8am and it was like a hurricane, also no do not disturb sign provided which led to being harrassed hourly by cleaning staff to change the room , very annoying and frustrating for
