The most exclusive Costa del Sol resort, Marbella stands for beaches and beautiful people. Expensive yachts line the marinas here and in nearby Puerto Banús, where supercars outnumber saloons. It also has the best clubs, as well as designer shops and trendy fish restaurants. Look out for the celebrities that holiday here or live on the Golden Mile, home to only the fanciest villas and Marbella hotels.
Marbella beaches stretch over 16 miles, all set against the backdrop of spectacular mountains, best viewed from a boat. You might even spot a dolphin. The beaches at Puerto Banús and San Pedro Alcántara have a Blue Flag, while the most popular are Venus and La Fontanilla in the town centre. Artola Beach also has protected dunes.
Attractions in Marbella include the 10 Dalí sculptures on Avenida del Mar, and the cobbled Old Town streets lined with colourful Andalusian-style houses. Picturesque Orange Square has pavement cafes under the shade of orange trees, and nearby are remains of a Moorish castle and the 16th-century town walls.
Other well-heeled pursuits include horseracing at the Hipodromo Costa del Sol, and the area’s golf courses, including one designed by national hero Seve Ballesteros.
Malaga Airport is the nearest and Booking.com has a great range of accommodation in Marbella and the surrounding villages.
Beautiful place to visit.
We heired a villa to accommodate all the family, so had teenagers with us.
The area is lovely, beaches are great.
We took the catamaran to marbella old town.
Puerto Banus is expensive so the old town is a day out and cheeper too!

Marbella is a lovely beach town, very bustling with good food and drink options to suit every palate and budget. The golden mile is a treasure trove of beachfront experiences, and while 3 days is enough to explore the place and catch the main attractions, I'm sure I will be back just to relax and enjoy the lovely food, drink and sea!
Bonus was getting a table at Skina, the two Michelin star restaurant, on the one night we were free and the restaurant was open! The Michelin guide says two stars is worth a detour... we had to just walk past 5 doors on our street!

Marbella is what it is.
Marbella is what it is. I am not a big fan, i live in Mallorca, and this part of Spain is not my thing, but who am i to judge. But it{s not cheap. That said, Mr Noodles down the road was very reasonable.

The location was perfect. we had stayed in that complex previously and being right on the beach was brilliant The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. We ate more in the old town which was great. Getting around is easy- walking or cycling is the best answer.
The not so good news was communication. There was no information provided with the keys. We didn't get the password for the internet until halfway through the holiday. The agent didn't answer their phone and was very slow to respond. Most bizarrely it seems we still haven't paid! Despite card details on booking.com. The agent asked us to go to the office to pay and was not there. Said she would provide bank details and never did, I am sure there is an explanation but it is an experience we never have had before. We are still happy to pay!

I chose Marbella as we hadn't stayed there before, being furtherSouth the climate was warmer, it didn't disappoint! there were 2 days of (much needed) rain at the end.
We stayed very close to "Orange Square", a truly delightful area, full of small shops, eating places and history. There were many tourists visiting the area, (coach parties) which simply added to the vibe. We found the municipal market, great for fresh fish! We walked all around, there is the castle, parks, and beaches. Busses are cheap to get around. On our return we had a direct coach from the bus station (top of Marbella) to the airport for 6 Euros each!! Plenty of restaurants. Yes, a few homeless people, yes young African men selling items on street. pavements
Everything was perfect. The apartment was wonderful, has everything you need. The area is so beautiful, everywhere a lot of trees and plants, perfect for relax and walks. On a walking distance you have many beaches with nice sand and clean water. The neighbourhood is reall quiet and savety. If you wish some party marbella and puerto banus are on 12-15 mins drive with car. A lot of restaurants and bars in area but you will need car for most of them, just need to keep this in mind. Acctualy this makes the Cabopino so quiet and relaxable.
A beautiful boutique hotel full of character. Location is a bit remote which we found wonderfully peaceful. The hotel had no restaurant for evening dinner but the owner Silvana arranged transport to restaurants in Marbella at a very reasonable cost, as we were without car. Drinks are available though, as are some light meals if you want to stay in. Breakfast was excellent. Silvana and her staff were extremely helpful.
The best location in Marbella with the most beautiful view. The apartment is very cosy and beds are very comfortable, it's quiet. All best restaurants are in walking distance including my favourite TEEAMO with the best matcha in Spain :-) The apartment in freshly renovated. And the contact with the owner is perfect. I will be back soon.
We have visited Marbella last year and for us this Hotel is a must. bedides it location , cleanliness , big rooms and helpfull staff , we were given one of the removated rooms on the third floor which is a thoumbs up . great improvement over and already nice room. Good job!! and thank you for always thinking about your guests.
A little gem in the heart of Marbella. Close to the beach and the Old Town. A family run hotel perfect for couples. The owner, José is very attentive and extremely helpful. Excellent for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our stay a lot.the bed was the most comfortable we ever had in any of the Spanish hotels.Top notch!
The location was perfect for access to the old town... And tucked away in a quiet street. The photos are exactly as the apartment only that the apartment is even better... Lots of small comforts well thought of.
I would go back every time i visit Marbella.
This is a 5 star apartment ideal for 4 people
The hotel is well located with the sea view and close to the beach. Rooms are spacious and well equipped but a bit old. Bathroom needs refreshment. Breakfast was ok, served on 8th floor with sea view. It was our the most expensive hotel during trip in Spain but not the best one unfortunately.
- The location is great right in Marbella old town, close to restaurants and shops.
- The hotel decoration is great, lots of small details in the room that make it cozy
- The rooftop terrace is a nice little place to get a late drink and watch the buzz in the old town from above
This hotel is right in the heart of Marbella, in Old Town. Everything is walking distance and the surroundings are so picturesque! The room itself was very nice and clean, the bathroom was very spacious too. Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!
This hotel is a little gem. The staff are exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. I have stayed in three 5 star hotels in Marbella in the last six months which would not reach the standards of this hotel. I would highly recommend a stay here
Very good place to relax in the gardens Del Mar by the swimming pool.
Vivaldi Boutique Suites is definitely a wonderful complex nearby 5 stars Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá, where we can have full breakfast in front of the sea at the Cappuccino Marbella.
Everything was good with this stay. Since it is right in the city centre, you can't park in front of the hotel but found a free spot 300m/1000 ft away (seems quite good for Spain). Receptionist was very helpful, guided me to the best restaurants etc.
We love everything about this proberty! Its was gorgeous and the food and the breakfast was so good. Great locations and I would stay at this hotel every-time now when I am in Marbella. 🫶
Location is great, close to the parking garage and old town. Overall we had a good experience, but the hotel is a bit pricey - I guess you just need to accept that when going to Marbella.
Great place to stay in Marbella. Close to the beach and an old Town. Rooftop tarrace offers nice views. It doesn't get cold inside like in most old buildings across South of Spain.
Outstanding hospitality. Very friendly staff all over the hotel. They make feel homey. Definitely the place in Marbella. Thank you very much.
Special thanks to Luis
Without a doubt, the best Hotel I've been so far. Great location, very nice staff and EXCEPTIONAL breakfast with high quality ingredients and big variety of food.
