A good hotel. Unfortunately not really our kind of place. Dining area was very noisy at all eating times ( this was not too much of a surprise), this made relaxing whilst eating difficult and basically a major part of our holiday is to dine in a relaxed, chilled environment.

The hotel is in a great central location. The staff are brilliant, very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooftop pool is nice but a little small/ tired. We liked the traditional style of the rooms but heard they are refurbing soon to include some more modern touches like air con which will be a plus.

I had a great time during my stay. The staff were professional, and the tour operator at the desk was especially helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of food, and the staff in the dining area were also very professional.

Los Christianos is a tourist village full of tourist shops and restaurants which cater for the, mainly English, tourists. We were glad to stay at the end of it so it was relatively quiet but if you want to go for hikes and nature...look for another village/town. Los Christianos is all food and clubs, nothing authentic Canarian.

Los Cristianos was nice but too many English tourists and some right sights...!!! I preferred the beach a bit further up the coast called Fanabe, with nicer architecture and a bit more traditional...
This apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had nice cookware and plenty of dishes. The hosts provided plenty of towels to include beach towels. There were extra blankets in every room and plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. The hosts were very responsive. The microwave did not work and when I informed them of this they came and took a look at it right away and replaced it the same day. Excellent service. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Tenerife we will be staying here again!
The hotel is located within walking distance of Los Cristianos bus station and ferry port. The buffet breakfast was great and our room with the balcony and sea view was lovely. Staff were always helpful when we needed them. The hotel has a lot of activities on site such as minigolf, pool and air hockey, some of the equipment is a bit worn down and could do with fixing/replacing but it was fun. The bartender in the upstairs bar makes superb cocktails!
We must be into double figures stopping in this hotel as it is our preferred choice. Yes, it's up a hill but it's not as steep as some people make oi!! "it is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle so benefits from peace and quiet. We stayed in an ample sized 1 bed apart, but having previously stayed in a studio,can recommend them to? Staff were great, especially Francesca and Daniel and we are already booked in for June
Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of activities around the pool. 3 different pools to choose from. This was our second stay here. There's plenty to choose from at breakfast. The rooms are very big and comfortable with everything you need in them. Bars and restaurants close by. Taxi into Los Cristianos €6. Supermarket onsite. Thy kids loved it.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment with views to harbour and sea, a real bonus as, for the first time ever in 40 years we had rain in south Tenerife. The view helped us through the days we had rain. will definitely try and book this apartment again.
The apartment is great. Very clean and comfortable, close to the center of Los Cristianos and the beach. The surrounding area is residential and quiet, very good choice for families. It's also a good area if you have a car, we didn't have any problems finding a parking spot. And the host Nayra is extremely kind and helpful.
Excellent location, just steps to promenade. Nice balcony with view. Pool area was lovely and had lots of seats and umbrellas, even washrooms. Close to multiple grocery stores, one in building by pool area. Apartment kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utinsels. We would come back and definitely recommend this hotel.
the location is in a top position in the south of Tenerife, close to the sea, the hotel hosts are very courteous and kind even when asking for information. furthermore, the reception is open 24/7 and it is possible to leave the keys and return to collect them when you return to the residence.
High standard of apartments in the Los Cristianos area of Tenerife. My room was comfortable, well equipped and comfortable. Bars, restaurants and the beach are all within a short walk. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I'd easily base myself here again if needed.
This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in Tenerife. The staff is really helpful, breakfast was good and we had the buffet one evening which was also good. It was easy to get a sun lounger next to the pool. Will definitely go back to this one.
Friendly staff, variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers a free bus shuttle to/from the beach, operating every hour. Entertainment events available in the evening - we liked the D&Y magician show. Self-service laundry room available until 9pm.

It was clean, there was a bottle of water in the fridge, the location is OK, not noisy, 15-min. walk to the center of Los Cristianos. The price was a bit high, but I guess that's Los Cristianos now.
