Great location near Atocha station and a stone's throw from the Reina Sofia Gallery and a short walk from the Prado Gallery, and not far from the old city centre. After a mix-up about rooms at check-in, they gave us a free upgrade to a fantastic spacious room. Breakfasts were excellent.
